I have used The Lawn Caregivers to take care of three of my properties over the years - and Cody is so good that the people who bought one of my houses, kept him on as well. I have used him to do some landscaping on two of my properties - and once, he even came to help me put up some "bird deterrents" on my tall front porch which was in the process of being taken over by a very determined barn swallow family. He came and did all that was expected leaving the trees looking great and getting rid of all the stuff I didn't want. A few hours later, his crew showed up to remove all the branches and bushes. The place looks great and I was glad to have it done. I'm not sure how his prices compare as it seemed a little high, but I was glad to get this done and paid it without haggling. He and his crew were polite and professional in their dealings with me.
