This review is actually more about the owner Rebecca than the shop but to me they are one in the same. To say I couldn't recommend this lady any higher or more would be an understatement. I won't go into great detail about my interaction with Rebecca, but I came away VERY impressed (and in this day and age, that's not easy). She went WELL above and beyond as the owner of this store in assisting my peers and I in a very sensitive time for another friend. We are forever grateful for what she was/is willing to do and what she did speaks volumes about her character and what type of a woman/lady she is. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rebecca!! Businesses don't come any better than Balloons By The Bunch! This place is spectacular and the customer service is commendable! Their beautiful balloon arrangement was stunning. The original arrangement had a few balloons that popped on the way, and they quickly made a new arrangement and delivered it upon being notified. Balloons by the Bunch is so fun they have absolutely the most creative interesting exciting balloon arrangements. I never would have thought that you could get such a diverse amount of choices on a balloon arrangement for a gift.
