We even offered to pay additional delivery for the new arrangement to be exchanged, but she declined, saying we would have to submit an entire new order, even though our original order totaled over $100. We then asked for monetary compensation due to the mishap, and were told she would only be able to guarantee a discount on a future order. When asked if there was anything else that could be done to correct this issue, the owner said "It seems to me like you want a refund because you don't like the flowers we picked for you". This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered over FLOWERS. The health and well being of my family INCLUDES my ANIMALS! Shame on you Town South Floral! EDIT: Even when given the opportunity to correct the issue, they disregarded blame and doubled down, after admitting it was a booking error. An even exchange includes the original form of delivery, which was not offered. The lack of professionalism from this business is asinine. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here. TLDR; Town South Floral will try to poison your cats.
