If zero stars were an option that is what they would get. I ordered a Saavta mattress and bed which historically delivers promptly and arranges 'white glove' service to have them installed within 2 days. It arrived May 2 to A & K . By May10th , we had not heard from them so we called. The owner answered, was unsure these items were in his warehouse or when they could arrange delivery. May 19th they brought the items, removed the old mattress but couldn't install the new items because they didn't have a screwdriver!! 13 days later and they still have not responded regarding rectifying the problem. Saavta was notified to NEVER again use this company and not pay them as we will now have to pay another service. read more

I ordered a tub ($900 tub) for a customer. I was supposed to be at the residence to sign and to check on the tub to make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. I was also supposed to get a call 30 minutes BEFORE they were there to deliver it. I called and confirmed this with the shipper. I get home today from a job out of town, and presto the tub is in the middle of MY FRONT YARD, box torn up, obviously like it was dropped there, and left a mark in the grass that obviously was caused by a corner of a box impact. I ordered couches through wayfair.com which were sent to this delivery service as a third party. I have ZERO complaints about wayfair. My couches were received at A & K delivery on November 9th. The email I received from wayfair stated I would receive a call from the delivery service within 24 hours to schedule a delivery time. I waited 2 days. No calls. So I called them, no answer. Left a voicemail basically saying I was suppose to hear from you, still haven't... call me back. 2 days go by, no call back. I call again. Finally I get an answer. I let them know I was suppose to hear from you and I never did, I called you and you didn't have the professionalism to call me back, where are my couches? They explain the scheduler is out of town and they will call me back monday. I call wayfair and complain and they explain they will offer them more money to hurry and deliver the couches by thanksgiving. This all takes place the Friday before thanksgiving. I hear back Tuesday from the company, they will deliver the Tuesday after thanksgiving, I say whatever. I'm over it at this point. I FINALLY get my couches today. I complain to wayfair and they note it explaining they will look into a different third party delivery service to use. Unprofessional and do not delivery items within a reasonable or timely manner. read more

Trash place to work.They say good things and change things. I was a driver with a Class A.They switch you in out out truck that haven't been maintenance since 2016.The General manager is a very rude person. All I can say is please don't do it. read more

Wasted half of my day waiting for a delivery that never came, was lied to on more than one occasion, and then ultimately hung up on. I have filed a formal complaint with Wayfair and am hoping and praying that the rescheduled delivery ACTUALLY HAPPENS this time and I don't get lied to again. read more

Poor delivery and communication. They did not call to schedule a time, but called and said they were at our house with our delivery at 2:00 p.m. on a week day. They then said they would call their scheduler and get back with us, after two days of hearing nothing, we called and they said they had not scheduled it yet and would have to get with their scheduler and call us back. They never did, but we received another call at 4:00 on a week day saying that our delivery was there. Without prior notice, we did not have the time to request off and accept either delivery. We are still working with them to get our mattress delivered, but communication is terrible and they never call back. Our mattress company chose this delivery company, we didn't have an option. If you do, don't go with them. Go with a reliable company! read more

The most incompetent "Business" I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Stop what you are doing and close your doors you suck!!! Same experience as the other reviews! These people are full of excuses and rude!!! They can't make delivery, because they can't find reliable help or reliable transportation. For weeks they "forget" about my merchandise sitting in their, what I assume at this point is their garage! I ordered a couch and a loveseat through Wayfair and this is the delivery people they use in my area. Dealing with them has been the worst customer service issue in my life. When I was finally called yesterday, the woman told me they would call soon to schedule a delivery. I was thrilled because it was the first time it seemed like something might actually be happening. Then instead of calling to schedule, one mover shows up at my door today while I'm in the shower and thank God my daughter arrived on her lunch break to let him in. He had her help him while she's in a dress and heels carry in a couch and a loveseat!!! No joke. She said he seemed frustrated with her carrying abilities. I'm so mad at this company right now and am about to explain this to Wayfair. God help you if you have to deal with this company. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My order sat at their facility for a week. I called to ask about it and was told if they could find it and find a driver they would deliver it. It came looking like it had been in an elephant stampede, parts are broken, and I only received 3 out 4 boxes. I called to ask about the 4th box and she hung up on me. I read the reviews and tbh, I was scared. I ordered a bed and adjustable frame with White Glove Service including removal of old bedding. After reading the reviews here, I was very concerned and even though they had 3 days to contact me after it was delivered to them, I called them after 2 days. The only way I knew this company was the local White Glove company was because FedEx showed the delivery address until it was delivered, and I googled the address. Their website needs work, but at least they have one :) On their website they do provide a phone number and a list of companies they do White Glove service for. When I called the number there was a LOT of static and distortion. He seemed very nice and told me I needed to call "the girls at the front desk" and gave me the number (806-407-5000). I spoke to a very nice lady who said once the scheduler came in she would have her give me a call. She took all the information (my name, address, phone#, White Glove service, item names and # of items). I asked her if she thought it would be this week or next week. (I called on a Thursday.) She kind of stammered and said this week. I think she was surprised I would think it might be something other than the current week. I was expecting a call that day, but I got a call within 24 hours of my calling them - and still within the three days I was told they would call when I placed my order. When the scheduler called (on Friday) she said she was going to try to have them deliver that day, but it would be late. She gave me a time range of 3pm - 7pm and said they would call me when they were 30 minutes away. I was ecstatic! At 4:50 I received a call from the first guy - still a little staticy but not as bad as before. He said he could be there in 10 minutes. I explained I could be there in 20 minutes. When I got there he and a helper were there waiting with the two items I purchased. In 30 minutes they had the old stuff out and the new stuff assembled and set up with the trash taken out. VERY NICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I would use them again without hesitation. read more

They take forever to deliver anything, and they are horrible at customer service. They were rude and my package was there for a week before I finally went and got it myself. Do not use this company. I called 4 times in one day to try and get answers to when the were going to deliver it and kept getting the run around about one girl that does the scheduling, first time I called she was in a meeting and would call me back, called again and she wouldn't be in until one and told me to call back at two, again she wasn't there, talked to another lady said she don't come in till 3-4 and she would call me back. Finally I called back at four and the lady I spoke with said I told you to call at 2. Well I did and got the run around again. Now we are having to go and pick it because they weren't sure when they were going to be able to deliver my package. read more

horrible horrible horrible how these people are still open is beyond me. never once returned my call after being told they would. they held my delivery in there warehouse for almost 3 weeks with never calling me! i had called them time and time again only to be lied to. very disappointing. ended up canceling my order with wayfair because of it. read more
