When you're in apartments it gets hard to monitor your packages whenever they arrive at random times during the day. Having this Amazon location here is fantastic for the apartment dweller because instead of receiving their packages at home, they can receive them here. For those who don't live in apartments, it's perfect for those surprises for your loved ones. My ring camera shows that my package was left on my front door and the seal on the package was broken . There was no reason for my package to be delivered Unopened can you please explain . This place is awesome! I love how friendly the staff is and how easy it is to return things here. You just have to bring the product back and they will ship it back for you. Post office should take notes. Everything you need is there, free and super simple instructions. Sometimes the staff isn't at the desk but the big pictures tell you what/how to do it. It's awesome and it's next to Torchy's tocos which is the best/worst part. My tummy like it but my butt....not so much. read more

I am so excited that we now have access to free one-day shipping from Amazon as long as you don't mind crossing the street from Tech for the pickup. All you need to do is to place an order on Amazon and get a barcode to be scanned with the machine at Amazon@Lubbock the next day. It has not been able to recycle the boxes in Lubbock because the apartments do not come with the recycling section as it was in D.C. However, at Amazon@Lubbock, I just need to open the package and throw the package in their recycling bin! They also have tools to help opening the box, if needed. The store is super clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out if you shop at Amazon. This place made me so lazy, though. Now, I am even buying my toothpaste online. read more

I am so glad that an Amazon pick-up store is in Lubbock! Amazon is already great with their Prime free 2-day shipping & 50% off membership rates for students; but this allows for certain items to be shipped free in 1 day. As a college student, I love the fact that this store has later hours than my own apartment complex because sometimes I've had to come home after my leasing office has closed and can't pick up my packages. Also, the processing time for packages by some of these college student housing apartments is ridiculous. read more

I love this store and it is so convenient for me. However, I am giving it four stars because the employee who helped me this morning had a mask on but it was not covering her nose. News flash: masks don't really do much good if they don't cover both your nose and your mouth. I thought about calling and talking to the manager, but my goal is not to get anyone into trouble. I just want everyone to be safe. Please, manager, try to impress this point upon your employees. read more

I love this place! My packages are constantly getting stolen from my doorstep and I am so glad there is a secure place with extended hours that I can retrieve my packages from! And everything is controlled through the Amazon app. It's nice not to have to deal with a person though when I have had issues the staff here was really helpful and sweet. read more

This place is awesome. Imagine everything you do not like about the post office; this place is a total 180. Very friendly service easy to use/operate. They often have free samples. Great place! No worries about someone swiping packages, particularly since I work weird hours. I've been here more than a dozen times and it's quick, easy, and no fuss. Appreciate the cardboard recycling bin, but would be a bigger plus if we could recycle the plastic and paper packaging as well. That would make it six stars! read more
