What really prompted this review are the little things: Like today, for the ump-teenth time, after being greeted when I walked in the door everyone snapped into action and actually surprised me with packages that I didn't even know were there as I was on my way out. Clearly, they're paying attention. The staff recognizes their clients and their needs better than some of the clients themselves. LOL!

Twice now I've gone inside for Amazon returns, and they try to upsell me on purchasing an additional box or bag on a return that is already packaged by me. Or they try to sneak in some other nonexistent fee on a free return. Presumably trying to catch someone off guard and make a few extra dollars. They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. Not like there aren't half a dozen other locations within a mile. EDIT: If you are able to ship it regardless without issue, please feel free to remind your employees that that is an option. Thanks!

I have had strange instances over the past couple of years where an employee could have found me the same desk that I wanted at another Lubbock location, but instead chose to order it. After ordering it the main company promised it by the end of the week and then I get notified that the desk would take up to three weeks to arrive. Fortunately, after calling the local manager he apologized and got a replacement at the Slide Rd. location set up for me. Another instance of problems was very unusual. The cashier printed my receipt as I requested but instead of handing it to me, he just tears it in half and throws it away. I asked why did he do that, I have a business and need it for taxes. He looked confused and said he didn't know what to do. I asked him to give me the two halves and I'd tape it back together. Today I purchased printer ink and air freshener and instead of the cashier telling me that I had unused rewards, she just rang it up and now I received an e-mail notification that they are about to expire in a couple of weeks. I could have used them today and saved some money. This location is just weird and frustrating. Don't go there for office supplies, especially if you run a business. I think I've hit the end of my patience with these folks.

I arrived back 2 1/2 hours later and the employee indicated he was too busy and had not started my job. I went back later that evening a little before closing and it was still not ready. This store is VERY understaffed, the staff that does work there is almost zombie like, they do not greet you when you arrive, keep their heads down until you are the next customer and Management should require employees to wash their hair. Two of the men working there (on up front at cash register & one in print shop) had greasy hair that was obviously dirty. The young man in the print shop also smelled badly.

He did a very poor job on my 2018 Charger and initially stated the $135.00 would cover the cost of a lifetime warranty. When I showed up to have him do the work he stated that price would only cover a 5 year warranty. After the bubbles and dirt under the tint did not self correct he did not return calls or texts to set up a time for the warranty work, despite my repeated attempts to contact him. Once he finally decided to be a man and answer my call he demonstrated the lack of integrity and true corrupt business owner he really is by refusing to honor his warranty promise. Several reviews state he did not honor apt times as well. Take my advice, and pay the extra $70.00 and go with a reputable business owner who actually does have some integrity and experience. I always support our veterans but it is sad to see one who doesn't live up to the high moral standards most veterans hold themselves to.
