The employees were all generally like this that I dealt with--fairly rude and acted like they didn't really care for our business. All this said, they did the repairs quickly and skillfully. Their communications, though not tempered with care, were technically accurate which I appreciate. Update: After posting this review, got a message from a representative of the store wanting to discuss my review. She was very polite and helpful and was able to make things right with me. Appreciated very much. Improved my impression of the business, so I'm raising its review.
