I called speed queen and they are trying to help. But I tell you these people will tear your house and run away with their tails between their legs. I was okay with that, he got it done picked up Tv took it home worked good for two weeks and one day I try turning it on and nothing happened, it wouldn't come on and this is a brand new Tv y'all!! I only had it a few months when my brothers dog messed it up. The first time I took it in this person didn't say I had to leave a 40 dollar deposit if I was gonna leave it there for him to look at it. He just replaced the part and this time he told me he needed the 40 was needed upfront. I think the guy is doing some crooked stuff on the tvs. I just find it weird that he fixed it and two weeks later it quits working out together, so I'm just giving some advice to those who choose this person to work on their TV to think twice about it
