So I took them my laptop and thankfully they were able to get it working again and they were able to move my son's stuff from his laptop to mine. We're grateful that they were able to recover most of my son's stuff that he had saved on his laptop. He lost a few things but they weren't a big deal. Being able to access most of everything that was on his laptop was a huge relief!!! They were so nice that they only charged me the diagnosis fee for both laptops. We'll definitely use them again in the future when we need repairs on our laptops.

Overall bad experience. Went in for a simple speaker replacement and they ended up breaking my…read morescreen which previously never had any damage. They then replaced it with what the manager later called "their cheapest screen", which was terrible! The colors were off and the screen would freeze and stop working until I reset my phone. I had to keep the screen for 6 days so I was basically without a phone. They didn't offer a partial refund or discount or anything. They said they're actually doing me a favor because the screen they were replacing (that they broke in the first place) was top of the line and expensive. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE EXPERTECH AGAIN!
