Overall bad experience. Went in for a simple speaker replacement and they ended up breaking my screen which previously never had any damage. They then replaced it with what the manager later called "their cheapest screen", which was terrible! The colors were off and the screen would freeze and stop working until I reset my phone. I had to keep the screen for 6 days so I was basically without a phone. They didn't offer a partial refund or discount or anything. They said they're actually doing me a favor because the screen they were replacing (that they broke in the first place) was top of the line and expensive. Took my iPhone XS Max here after it went for a swim. The staff spent a week taking the phone all apart, cleaning it and trying to find the problem. The owner, Matt, personally took the phone apart and ordered the necessary replacement parts. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had my laptop here to fix for 2 times, they charged me for 60$ and DID NOT FIX ANYTHING AT ALL. Every time they just gonna tell you your motherboard is broken and try to charge you for 200$ buying another one. Some of my friends still have problem with their laptop after they got fixed in here. These guys were absolutely awesome!!! I came in on a Sunday. The night before was a friend of mine's birthday and she drunkenly tackled me which smashed my phone into about 1000 pieces I couldn't even use the touchscreen. Nothing worked. They fixed it in less than an hour at a pretty reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly the storefront is very clean. The next day I noticed that my front facing camera wasn't working and I brought it in no appointment needed. I was in a little bit of a hurry, they fixed it in 15 minutes no questions asked free of charge. Luckily they did not have to replace the camera but even if they had they said that they would give me a discount on the part because I had already had my screen replaced with them. Which I thought was very generous and great business. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needed any kind of electronics fixed. SCAM ARTISTS!!! They are located across from campus, so they charge ridiculous prices and have horrible customer service. They had my computer for 3 days and couldn't fix it and then tried to charge me for looking at it. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and they wanted $90 to replace it! Every other place in Lubbock charges $70. Stay away! I feel like they try to take advantage of Tech students and over charge for everything. Just a poorly run business all around. read more

Highly recommend! I cracked my iPhone screen on the weekend. Really disappointed in Apple right now but Brandon was professional, quick and provided great service; on SUNDAY. Avoid this place at all costs. My LCD was in very bad shape and my screen was cracked. They told me it would be $230 to fix and cluelessly I agreed. I got it back with the screen half way popped off and I woke up the next day to the screen going black again. I went to another place that did a 50x better job for half the price.
