I needed to make an Amazon return today on a tent about 4 feet tall and 6 inches wide (while rolled…read moreup). The employee informed me that I would need the box that the tent came in because the shipping label was adhesive. I told her I did not have the box (then texted my spouse, and he informed me that it came wrapped in a plastic bag.) Then employee said, "I'm sorry but you will have to have a box to send this back to Amazon." I informed her that Amazon specifically stated it was a drop off, no label or anything needed. She told me that I could purchase a box from UPS. I know from past experience when I purchased a 12" x 10" box it was up near $15. I refuse to pay over $20+ etc to make a FREE return. Especially since the item didn't have a box to start with. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was a professional business woman. She stated that it would be a very easy fix and she reached under the counter to pull out a label holder that attached to the strings on the tent casing. The fix was very simple, took less than a minute, and I was on my way. I believe the manager was customer oriented. I will return when I need other services.

What really prompted this review are the little things: Like today, for the ump-teenth time, after being greeted when I walked in the door everyone snapped into action and actually surprised me with packages that I didn't even know were there as I was on my way out. Clearly, they're paying attention. The staff recognizes their clients and their needs better than some of the clients themselves. LOL!

Seems to be staffed entirely by the same borderline fraudulent family now, for the worse. Twice now I've gone inside for Amazon returns, and they try to upsell me on purchasing an additional box or bag on a return that is already packaged by me. Or they try to sneak in some other nonexistent fee on a free return. Presumably trying to catch someone off guard and make a few extra dollars. They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. Not like there aren't half a dozen other locations within a mile. EDIT: If you are able to ship it regardless without issue, please feel free to remind your employees that that is an option. Thanks!

On most recent visit I placed an order in the print department for a small job that they said would take 2 hours. I arrived back 2 1/2 hours later and the employee indicated he was too busy and had not started my job. I went back later that evening a little before closing and it was still not ready. This store is VERY understaffed, the staff that does work there is almost zombie like, they do not greet you when you arrive, keep their heads down until you are the next customer and Management should require employees to wash their hair. Two of the men working there (on up front at cash register & one in print shop) had greasy hair that was obviously dirty. The young man in the print shop also smelled badly.
