The driver called us twice, was very friendly, and got directions to our home. Everything seemed fine as we informed him that we'd be back in about 10/15 minutes and that someone would be there to let him in. The driver arrived and dropped off two ovens, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, all of which were supposed to be installed. He told our daughter that he was going to call my husband, to which she replied "okay." However, after that, he simply left. My husband arrived just 1 minute and 28 seconds after the driver pulled away. (We have it on our cameras) When we walked inside, we found everything still in boxes, with a pile of hardware and no clue about what belongs where. The kitchen was cluttered with giant appliance boxes covered in plastic, cardboard, styrofoam, and tape, making it impossible to navigate. It's frustrating to think that RXO doesn't know our situation. If this were an elderly person's home, would this delivery and setup have been considered acceptable? This is a home with 5 children. I can't use my kitchen. This is pathetic, considering RXO has one job, deliver & install. That's what you do. I'm not trained to install these items... i wouldn't put you in my office and say "figure it out." To make matters worse, we tried contacting the driver, but his phone went straight to VM. We managed to send one text message, but it seems he blocked our number after that. I called customer service - 2 hours after my husband called, they attempted to reach the local hub in Lubbock AGAIN via phone, chat, and email over four hours ago, but we haven't heard anything back. I can't use my kitchen or even walk through it, and I'm incredibly upset about the whole situation.

I was picking up some shirts my employer had ordered and I was warned that it had been a nightmare to get them ordered and to prepare for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a quick and easy pick up! Once we pulled the shirts from be bag we quickly just tore tags off and hung them up. When it was time to use the shirt we noticed that a white one had brown stains all over it (looked like dirt). I tried washing it with stain remover to no avail. I called the store and they said to bring it in. When I did they proceeded to politely argue with me about whether the stains were present when we picked the shirts up. To their credit, they do check each shirt for size and color before they put them all in the bag so I understand that it seems unlikely that a white shirt would leave the store with unnoticed stains. But it happened. The conversations were awkward because I was trying to explain that I knew for a fact the shirts had not been worn and that I was not the buyer anyways. I noticed tones of annoyance in their voices which made me uncomfortable. Eventually they brought the shirt back to me with a "pretreatment" that smelled so much of sharpie that I had to drive back with the windows down. I washed the shirt with the treatment and it did take some of the stain out but not all of it. I called again a day or two later and they said they would reorder if i brought the shirt back in. I appreciated that they did not argue with me BUT... As soon as I walked into the store the girl at front (same as the previous time if I remember) did not seem willing to honor the agreement made on the phone at first. She politely reminded me of the procedure of checking shirts before sending them out which I was fully aware of. They did end up taking it and stating that they would reorder. I tried to smile and speed politely but the employees I spoke with were not returning the love. It was uncomfortable at best. The shirts done properly did look nice and they did eventually make things right but I would not use this service for myself based on the two uncomfortable encounters I had. I understand mistakes and weird things happen but I would like to have been treated with more respect instead of suspicion and annoyance. UPDATE: 26 days later I called to check in the shirt and they said they had it. Going in to get it was easy and pain free. I was treated with courtesy and respect this time. Not sure how to feel after 2 nice and 2 not so nice visits.
