I told her I did not have the box (then texted my spouse, and he informed me that it came wrapped in a plastic bag.) My friend and I ordered a package on Wednesday, and received the confirmation email that night that our items had shipped. She received her package Saturday, and mine has not had any activity since Sunday evening. Just very frustrating. I don't understand how this post office is allowed to operate under these conditions, or I believe we should be allowed a pick up option. I do not like waiting for items that I should already have in my possession.
