I took my clothes in Saturday afternoon . . . that's right . . . they're open Saturday afternoon. My clothes were available for pickup on Monday evening (i.e., today). I pulled up to the drive thru, which was busy, and expected to be waiting quite a while. To my surprise, they had several people serving the drive thru customers; coming to vehicles, getting names, and returning with clothes. They brought my clothes out and told me there was a bag included with my clothes. I asked what for, and they said I could use it to drop my clothes off. It has my name inside and is actually a pretty rugged drawstring bag. The employee went on to tell me that I can use that bag to drop off my clothes 24 hours a day at the 24 hour drop off station toward the end of the drive thru. She also told me that you can retrieve your clothes, using a machine much like a Red Box DVD rental machine, as long as you have a credit card on file. They are open 7 days a week, have 24 hour drop off available, 24 hour pickup available, and they are professional and courteous. They were very reasonably priced as well. Machines are very nice and quite large in size and industrial looking. Using a "5 load" an "8 load" and a "10 load" sizing machine. Prices were $8, $14 and $17 respectively and they could have been higher depending on other options to select. No quarters you have to pay a dollar for a card that you load with money. Drying seems cheap though as the dryers are huge and cost $1-$2 for 20-25 mins. The people that own this place are either rife with greed or I have ALOT to learn about the costs behind establishing and up keeping a laundromat of this quality. All-in-all to frequent this place would put you well on the way to affording your own washer and dryer at home.

The employee told me there were stains when it came in and they could not get them out. I told them those stains were not there when I brought that shirt in. My wife meticulously goes over the dry cleaning to see if there are any spots that need treating before going in. The employee did not even offer to see if they could be cleaned and the spots treated. I posted a review and the owner contacted me when he saw it and asked to see the shirt. He came to my house and looked at the shirt and said those stains should have come out and took it with him. I received a call that my shirt was ready and the stains were gone. I appreciated that and picked up the shirt but I had already purchased another dress shirt to replace it which cost me $80 bucks. The employee should have taken care of this to start with. The review is for the owner giving excellent customer service. The 1 star remains for the employee who was not concerned about customer service in the least. The owner said he did not want to lose a good customer. I have had no complaints other than this and have been satisfied up to now. I am debating going back but at this time I am still undecided. Bad customer service leaves a bad taste that is hard to wash away and I would be dealing with the same employee again.
