Who I assume is the owner, is always cleaning machines/area and ensuring even the parking lot is spotless. He even went out of his way to start conversation with me while adding in a fist bump lol. Plenty of variety for sizes of washer/dryers and you can use coins/card. The surrounding staff is just as friendly and reliable. Overall a very solid place to do laundry.

Great laundromat. Even greater staff…read more Granted, I'm not a regular -- I only visit when I need to wash bedspreads, blankets, or other items that are too large for my home washing machine. However, every time I come to the laundromat, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also obvious that the employees take pride in the facility, as it's consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My only complaint is that the credit card readers on some machines simply will not accept authorization and consistently decline the transaction.

The lady was extremely rude and said it would not be done till the next day at 5 pm. I was so upset as this was my only funeral dress. I went back and asked for my dress back. The equally rude manager found it and guess what it was done. The first lady never even looked for it. No apology, nothing but hostile, rude people.

They then returned them to me two days late which wasn't a big deal but I wasn't happy about it. After inspecting my service dress upon getting them back I noticed that they must have broken a button off of my service coat while cleaning it because they sewed the center button back on upside down. Now I understand making a mistake, but not caring enough to make sure it is fixed properly is pathetic. This kind of service and quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

TLDR; Do yourself a favor and go here…read more I had a mildly complicated bridesmaids dress from Haley Paige Occassions that I needed altered. It's this beautiful English netted dress but there were layers of netting, lining, and something happened during production and the front was pulling upwards when it was worn properly. I didn't want the dress to be overly edited because I wanted to sell the dress once I was done. I also couldn't get it altered at the store I bought it from because it was 5 hours away, so I found V through google and yelp. I wanted someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with special occasion dresses because it's a different beast than a traditional hem and strap adjustment. Not to mention, I had been loyal to another alteration place in the area and their quality of work had been steadily declining while their prices were increasing. V did such an excellent job. She truly understands the way a dress is supposed to flow and move when one is walking. The hemming is beautiful and clean. She addressed all my problems and the dress fit PERFECTLY. The pricing was absolutely reasonable for the amount and quality of work. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and the dress was finished in a timely manner. When I told her my issues, she showed me options and we worked from there. I am so pleased. Thank you so much.

Total for alterations would be $255. Which is more than I paid for the $199 dress. I took it to another location who had less seamstresses, got the alterations I needed and even altered the slit in the leg for me too, for $75. Completed in 2 days. Also I had an appointment made for 1 o'clock and the store was closed, someone showed up at 1:22. No communication. Staffing was friendly, so 2 stars.
