When my husband picked up the dress a mother and daughter were picking up their dress after their quote and leaving because alterations were more than their dress cost as well. I took it to another location who had less seamstresses, got the alterations I needed and even altered the slit in the leg for me too, for $75. Completed in 2 days. Also I had an appointment made for 1 o'clock and the store was closed, someone showed up at 1:22. No communication. Staffing was friendly, so 2 stars.

Clearly, they did not. I called to let them know they are all wrong again. They asked me to bring them back Monday but I asked, "how many more times after that do we need to take them back for them to be right?", especially with the turn around being a week. I have no faith in that they will be fixed and at this point my husband does not want to bother because we have given them more than one opportunity. All in all, my husband ended up paying 90$!!! for the 1 blouse that was right. We were not offered a discount, or a partial refund for their mistakes. The two pieces I had were fairly simple: one piece, the hem partially fell out so I asked them to repair that and the second piece was a satin blouse that only needed some minimal stitching. The stitching in the satin blouse fell out 2 days later. The hem, you can tell where the tension on the sewing machine was a little too tight and doesn't match the rest of the hem. I took my clothes in Saturday afternoon . . . that's right . . . they're open Saturday afternoon. My clothes were available for pickup on Monday evening (i.e., today). I pulled up to the drive thru, which was busy, and expected to be waiting quite a while. To my surprise, they had several people serving the drive thru customers; coming to vehicles, getting names, and returning with clothes. They brought my clothes out and told me there was a bag included with my clothes. I asked what for, and they said I could use it to drop my clothes off. It has my name inside and is actually a pretty rugged drawstring bag. The employee went on to tell me that I can use that bag to drop off my clothes 24 hours a day at the 24 hour drop off station toward the end of the drive thru. She also told me that you can retrieve your clothes, using a machine much like a Red Box DVD rental machine, as long as you have a credit card on file. They are open 7 days a week, have 24 hour drop off available, 24 hour pickup available, and they are professional and courteous. They were very reasonably priced as well. I have definitely found my new dry cleaners.
