It's this beautiful English netted dress but there were layers of netting, lining, and something happened during production and the front was pulling upwards when it was worn properly. I didn't want the dress to be overly edited because I wanted to sell the dress once I was done. I also couldn't get it altered at the store I bought it from because it was 5 hours away, so I found V through google and yelp. I wanted someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with special occasion dresses because it's a different beast than a traditional hem and strap adjustment. Not to mention, I had been loyal to another alteration place in the area and their quality of work had been steadily declining while their prices were increasing. V did such an excellent job. She truly understands the way a dress is supposed to flow and move when one is walking. The hemming is beautiful and clean. She addressed all my problems and the dress fit PERFECTLY. The pricing was absolutely reasonable for the amount and quality of work. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and the dress was finished in a timely manner. When I told her my issues, she showed me options and we worked from there. I am so pleased. Thank you so much.

Total for alterations would be $255. Which is more than I paid for the $199 dress. When my husband picked up the dress a mother and daughter were picking up their dress after their quote and leaving because alterations were more than their dress cost as well. I took it to another location who had less seamstresses, got the alterations I needed and even altered the slit in the leg for me too, for $75. Completed in 2 days. Also I had an appointment made for 1 o'clock and the store was closed, someone showed up at 1:22. No communication. Staffing was friendly, so 2 stars.

The two pieces I had were fairly simple: one piece, the hem partially fell out so I asked them to repair that and the second piece was a satin blouse that only needed some minimal stitching. The stitching in the satin blouse fell out 2 days later. The hem, you can tell where the tension on the sewing machine was a little too tight and doesn't match the rest of the hem. Mine was ready spent over $100.00 but the other 2 items were not! They apparently have no record because when I dropped them off the girl did not check them in - these 2 items were correctional officer shirts. They make it seem like I didn't drop them off, they have nothing more they can tell me and I am suppose to be okay with that! I took my clothes in Saturday afternoon . . . that's right . . . they're open Saturday afternoon. My clothes were available for pickup on Monday evening (i.e., today). I pulled up to the drive thru, which was busy, and expected to be waiting quite a while. To my surprise, they had several people serving the drive thru customers; coming to vehicles, getting names, and returning with clothes. They brought my clothes out and told me there was a bag included with my clothes. I asked what for, and they said I could use it to drop my clothes off. It has my name inside and is actually a pretty rugged drawstring bag. The employee went on to tell me that I can use that bag to drop off my clothes 24 hours a day at the 24 hour drop off station toward the end of the drive thru. She also told me that you can retrieve your clothes, using a machine much like a Red Box DVD rental machine, as long as you have a credit card on file. They are open 7 days a week, have 24 hour drop off available, 24 hour pickup available, and they are professional and courteous. They were very reasonably priced as well. I have definitely found my new dry cleaners.

Needed some alterations, but for my weightlifting brother, he needed to order his jacket to have something that would fit better. We paid for everything day of, and as for the ordered jacket, we paid for it there and were TOLD we would get a call and pick it up in about a week. My brother was told he could leave the rest of the clothes he bought there, that way when the jacket came in they could take any tailor measurements all at once. Come to find out, the NEVER ordered the jacket, and rather thought we already left with it (I found this out after calling them asking why I hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks). I then had to PROVE we didn't get the jacket, and after they FINALLY ordered the jacket, when my brother went to pick it up, they told him they didn't have anything else for him... After buying our clothes, they put it back on the shelves rather than holding it for his alterations. They acted like we already received our clothes, since we purchased them, and effectively told us to kick rocks. Only when I came back with EVERY SINGLE ITEM PURCHASED, and went through the receipt, and showed them how his items were not included in our haul, did they oh so reluctantly go grab my brother pants and an undershirt to go with his jacket, all of which had to be tried on and tested because his original stuff was not kept AT ALL. The employees throughout all of this were indifferent, and said "well, looks like you already got it" and then ran off to the back to not be seen for another 10 minutes. As a man, I would rather go to prison wearing skimpy short shorts and a face full of makeup than deal with such an inept, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and frankly stupid group of people again. 0/10, would rather have my stomach pumped for kicks than work with ANYONE at this store again. The fact these employees' votes carry the same weight in an election as a surgeon make me depressed. But hey, I guess they did have a solid selection of ties still.
