If you're not satisfied with how we do them, maybe we aren't the place for you to do business". Perfect. After several years of bringing all of my families clothes here, my accounts will all be cancelled. I'm sure this isn't how the owner would've wanted this handled. But....thanks for the advice Jacob. I will indeed cancel all of my accounts.
