The two pieces I had were fairly simple: one piece, the hem partially fell out so I asked them to repair that and the second piece was a satin blouse that only needed some minimal stitching. The stitching in the satin blouse fell out 2 days later. The hem, you can tell where the tension on the sewing machine was a little too tight and doesn't match the rest of the hem. The pricing is inexpensive but, you get what you pay for.

The woman with whom I had spoken on the phone previously came to the counter. She argued about the placement of the buttons and said she would fix the sleeves and the pants. I had already fixed the pants and told her she would not be doing any further alterations on this suit. I told her I wanted a refund on the pants and the sleeves. The waist was correct and I agreed to pay for the suspender buttons because two of the buttons were correct and she did supply all four buttons. She was obviously angry and still does not admit the work was sub-par but we were refunded $49.00-the price of the sleeves ($35) and the "hem" ($14). Again, I have seen beautiful work done by Jenny's on women's clothing. She did make right on the refund. It is a shame that it took such ado to get satisfaction from this company.

We had a dress we needed for grad pictures (which were a week away) cleaned and pressed and their dry cleaning service absolutely destroyed the dress beyond saving. They did compensate us for the price of the dress, however as a dry cleaning service you should be able to clean a dress (with tags and labels still on) without destroying it. We just got home after getting our refund and one of the other dresses had the bow off the front ripped out of its stitching and has multiple threads pulled out of the front leaving visible lines as well as stains that were not there before we dropped them off, they fixed the bow for us (thank you) but of course there is nothing you can do about pulled threads. Do not use this dry cleaning service for any clothes you care about :) we love all the workers and they handled this very well, but I couldn't in good conscience tell anyone to use this cleaners with delicate items.

They said they'd send it back through. 2 days later I got same blouse with a little sticker unable to remove stain. I decided to try washing it & stains came out. Monday I took a two piece dress suit in. It was wrinkled from back of my closet. It was ready today. Cost $26.00. The wrinkle across the lap from sitting was still there & the jacket wasn't touched.
