I had already fixed the pants and told her she would not be doing any further alterations on this suit. I told her I wanted a refund on the pants and the sleeves. The waist was correct and I agreed to pay for the suspender buttons because two of the buttons were correct and she did supply all four buttons. She was obviously angry and still does not admit the work was sub-par but we were refunded $49.00-the price of the sleeves ($35) and the "hem" ($14). Again, I have seen beautiful work done by Jenny's on women's clothing. She did make right on the refund. It is a shame that it took such ado to get satisfaction from this company.

The two pieces I had were fairly simple: one piece, the hem partially fell out so I asked them to repair that and the second piece was a satin blouse that only needed some minimal stitching. The stitching in the satin blouse fell out 2 days later. The hem, you can tell where the tension on the sewing machine was a little too tight and doesn't match the rest of the hem. The pricing is inexpensive but, you get what you pay for.

She barely speaks any English so its impossible to tell if she understands what you are asking her to do. She just says, "ok" to everything. 2. She doesn't write anything down. So she forgets and does the wrong thing. 3. She is incredibly slow, and, maybe because of number 2, she never finishes anything by the date she tells you she will. I took three skirts to her and tried them on and told her what I wanted done to each skirt. She pinned them and said "ok". She told me they would be ready in a week. After a week and a day, when I hadn't heard anything from her, I called to check on the status and she told me they were not ready and it would not be until the end of the week. This was not ok because I had an interview at the end of the week and needed one of the skirts. So she said to come get them in 2 days. When I went to get the skirts two days later, only one was done correctly ( and not very well). On the suit skirt I needed for the interview she had taken the skirt in, rather than let it out as I had asked her. I don't even know where she got the measurements to take it in. She must have made it up. The other skirt was supposed to only be taken in at the waist, but instead she took in the entire skirt making it at least a whole size smaller. Neither of the two skirts fit anymore and I had to leave them with her to fix. She told me the skirts would be ready in a few days. When I returned on the day she told me they would be ready, she said she thought they were not supposed to be ready for two more day. This was completely wrong. I had to leave and return at the end of the day. To top it all off, I had to ask her, rather than her offering, if she would give me a discount for getting two of the three skirts wrong and for how long it took to complete. She only gave me $5 off my $50 bill. Do not go to this woman. It will be a disaster and take far too much time and frustration.

On the day I came in I had a bad burn on my hand and was keeping it iced. However, my ice had melted and the throbbing ache of the burn was returning and she asked me what happened. I told her and she gave me a whole tray of ice to refill my bag!! I said 4 cubes was enough but she insisted I have all of them!! How sweet! This provided much needed relief because burns suck!! It hurt all day and she really made a difference with that act of kindness. I highly recommend her.

I have not personally paid for anything from the store but have dealt with the staff on multiple…read moreoccasions for my boss. I was picking up some shirts my employer had ordered and I was warned that it had been a nightmare to get them ordered and to prepare for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a quick and easy pick up! Once we pulled the shirts from be bag we quickly just tore tags off and hung them up. When it was time to use the shirt we noticed that a white one had brown stains all over it (looked like dirt). I tried washing it with stain remover to no avail. I called the store and they said to bring it in. When I did they proceeded to politely argue with me about whether the stains were present when we picked the shirts up. To their credit, they do check each shirt for size and color before they put them all in the bag so I understand that it seems unlikely that a white shirt would leave the store with unnoticed stains. But it happened. The conversations were awkward because I was trying to explain that I knew for a fact the shirts had not been worn and that I was not the buyer anyways. I noticed tones of annoyance in their voices which made me uncomfortable. Eventually they brought the shirt back to me with a "pretreatment" that smelled so much of sharpie that I had to drive back with the windows down. I washed the shirt with the treatment and it did take some of the stain out but not all of it. I called again a day or two later and they said they would reorder if i brought the shirt back in. I appreciated that they did not argue with me BUT... As soon as I walked into the store the girl at front (same as the previous time if I remember) did not seem willing to honor the agreement made on the phone at first. She politely reminded me of the procedure of checking shirts before sending them out which I was fully aware of. They did end up taking it and stating that they would reorder. I tried to smile and speed politely but the employees I spoke with were not returning the love. It was uncomfortable at best. The shirts done properly did look nice and they did eventually make things right but I would not use this service for myself based on the two uncomfortable encounters I had. I understand mistakes and weird things happen but I would like to have been treated with more respect instead of suspicion and annoyance. UPDATE: 26 days later I called to check in the shirt and they said they had it. Going in to get it was easy and pain free. I was treated with courtesy and respect this time. Not sure how to feel after 2 nice and 2 not so nice visits.

They then returned them to me two days late which wasn't a big deal but I wasn't happy about it. After inspecting my service dress upon getting them back I noticed that they must have broken a button off of my service coat while cleaning it because they sewed the center button back on upside down. Now I understand making a mistake, but not caring enough to make sure it is fixed properly is pathetic. This kind of service and quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
