Our itemized bill was broken down as follows: Brown Jacket Sleeves--$35.00 Brown pant waist in--$18.00 Hem (husband specified cuffs but she wrote hem)--$14.00 Suspender Button--$10.00 I went TO THE STORE with my husband, the suit, photographs of the original work, and the receipt. The woman with whom I had spoken on the phone previously came to the counter. She argued about the placement of the buttons and said she would fix the sleeves and the pants. I had already fixed the pants and told her she would not be doing any further alterations on this suit. I told her I wanted a refund on the pants and the sleeves. The waist was correct and I agreed to pay for the suspender buttons because two of the buttons were correct and she did supply all four buttons. She was obviously angry and still does not admit the work was sub-par but we were refunded $49.00-the price of the sleeves ($35) and the "hem" ($14). Again, I have seen beautiful work done by Jenny's on women's clothing. She did make right on the refund. It is a shame that it took such ado to get satisfaction from this company. read more

I took jeans in with specific instructions on what I wanted done. She told me they couldn't do it the way I wanted, but did purpose and alternative. I agreed to that option and waited 2 weeks for my alteration on a pair of my husband's jeans. When I picked them up, not only were they not altered as we had discussed, the jeans has to be discarded because of what little they did to tell. Not impressed. I'd give a 0 if possible. I brought in 4 pairs of pants that needed to be altered from 32" length to 30" length. They took 10 days to get the job done and when I finally got around to wearing a pair they clearly hadn't been altered at all. Compared them to my existing 30" length pants and they're still a full 2" longer. I've contacted them by email and phone with no response and no offer to make the situation right. They're either criminals or just stunningly incompetent. I'm out $50 for literally nothing. read more

I had a pair of pants and a suit coat altered here. The pants were altered correctly, but they were to let out the coat, when I got it back it was obviously taken up because I could hardly get it around my belly. It was a little to tight. So, I asked they let let out as far as possible. I knew something was wrong when I called to Ask about my suit the day before, and they acted like they never heard of my order. They were terrible. My lawyers will be sending them a demand letter. Men Bever Use Them again. read more

This place was a LIFE saver.. I received a dress that was much to small, and they were able to alter it. Additional I needed the dress to be done in less than a week and they were able to make that work. Lastly, they are very good prices ! I will totally come back in the future. read more

This place has some of the worst service in Lubbock. All work has to be paid for in advance. They did not give me a receipt for hemming my pants. So I ended up paying for the hem job twice! This place is a complete rip-off and I will never go there again! Be careful and take your business elsewhere! read more

Back story: I brought in two pairs of shorts the exact same size. When I came to pick them up one pair was done fine and the other was still too big. I come back again to pick up the second pair of shorts and they are FOLDED and sewn above both pockets because there is "too much fabric." I tell her I understand but I'd rather there be a little more fabric instead of two sewn FOLDS above both pockets. She dismisses everything I say interrupting me and telling me I don't understand her. (Keep in mind she told me when I dropped these off that this could be done fine and that you wouldn't be able to tell they were taken in because they were hidden) folded is NOT hidden. She is pissed off at me and tells me to go that she will fix it. upon arriving at the store to pick the shorts up for the SECOND time I had accepted the fact that they would be ruined and they were. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not come here. After messing up a brand new pair of shorts she actually made me pay $5 more to fix HER mistakes. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. I took an expensive pair of jeans in to get the waist taken in. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but they did a great job and I picked them up a week later with no hassle. The alteration was also only about $15. read more

$25 for a pair of lounge pants that took almost a week to get altered. I requested the seam to a certain length but the pants were altered to be much shorter than what I had asked for.
