The last wash is at 10pm every night, one of her first nights there I walk in at 9 and she tells me "you know we close at 10 right?" Instead of hi or how r u like normal people. Then she goes on to tell me "you're not going to b able to dry your clothes sorry" I said "excuse me? I come at this time every weekend." She continues to mop the floors an hour before closing time zig zagging thru people as they do their laundry there was an elderly man that could've slipped and fell on her wet floor(no wet floor signs by the way) but really u have to mop around our feet????!!!!! I'm extremely outraged. Just got back from there again tonight and she had one of the exits locked 3 HOURS before closing time so me and a few other people had to walk all the way around the building to get in, RIDICULOUS!!! I hang out in my car and wait for my clothes so about 9:50 I get out of my car to get my clothes and ALL the doors are locked now!!!!! With about 10 people still inside doing laundry that is a FIRE HAZARD this lady should b terminated that place is definitely losing business because of her I wash for a family of 4 so I spend over $100 a month over there but I will NOT be going back

The woman at the Quaker/82nd Street location was sweet. She was having some family concerns and was dedicated to customer service in spite of all the was having to handle, personally. Today, September 6, 2024, at 12:30 PM, is the second time, this week, that I've been here and, though there are so many cleaned clothes hanging on the back awaiting pickup, there is no one at the shop. No signs on the door or windows. No information at all on what to expect. I am not sure but I think I have items which need to be picked up and even more clothing that needs to be cleaned. The lady was extremely rude and said it would not be done till the next day at 5 pm. I was so upset as this was my only funeral dress. I went back and asked for my dress back. The equally rude manager found it and guess what it was done. The first lady never even looked for it. No apology, nothing but hostile, rude people.
