Machines are very nice and quite large in size and industrial looking. Using a "5 load" an "8 load" and a "10 load" sizing machine. Prices were $8, $14 and $17 respectively and they could have been higher depending on other options to select. No quarters you have to pay a dollar for a card that you load with money. Drying seems cheap though as the dryers are huge and cost $1-$2 for 20-25 mins. The people that own this place are either rife with greed or I have ALOT to learn about the costs behind establishing and up keeping a laundromat of this quality. All-in-all to frequent this place would put you well on the way to affording your own washer and dryer at home.

After several years of bringing all of my families clothes here, my accounts will all be cancelled. I'm sure this isn't how the owner would've wanted this handled. But....thanks for the advice Jacob. I will indeed cancel all of my accounts.

The woman with whom I had spoken on the phone previously came to the counter. She argued about the placement of the buttons and said she would fix the sleeves and the pants. I had already fixed the pants and told her she would not be doing any further alterations on this suit. I told her I wanted a refund on the pants and the sleeves. The waist was correct and I agreed to pay for the suspender buttons because two of the buttons were correct and she did supply all four buttons. She was obviously angry and still does not admit the work was sub-par but we were refunded $49.00-the price of the sleeves ($35) and the "hem" ($14). Again, I have seen beautiful work done by Jenny's on women's clothing. She did make right on the refund. It is a shame that it took such ado to get satisfaction from this company.

But not once that I see him as people that were playing the game what they need to change for. I don't know who owns these but they really need to check out their employees the guy smelled like he had been drinking. because this was not something that makes people feel comfortable being around. However, every time I come to the laundromat, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also obvious that the employees take pride in the facility, as it's consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My only complaint is that the credit card readers on some machines simply will not accept authorization and consistently decline the transaction.

After inspecting my service dress upon getting them back I noticed that they must have broken a button off of my service coat while cleaning it because they sewed the center button back on upside down. Now I understand making a mistake, but not caring enough to make sure it is fixed properly is pathetic. This kind of service and quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
