I felt so…read moreuncomfortable there was so many people coming in and out that were not washing they mostly look like they have been drinking. It was a little chaotic when I asked for help the guy was ignoring me he was letting everyone in the restroom and I noticed none of them were washing. I do not know his name I do know he works here because he was giving out change but when I asked for change he asked me what it was for well of course I'm washing clothes. But not once that I see him as people that were playing the game what they need to change for. I'm disappointed because I've been coming here for a while and to be treated and Outcast like that was very intolerated for me. I don't know who owns these but they really need to check out their employees the guy smelled like he had been drinking. because this was not something that makes people feel comfortable being around. I just want to say I do not think I'll be coming again at night the music was loud couldn't hear nothing when I asked for help he acted like he didn't hear me there was other people there drying and washing that told me the same thing that's all he ever does. I hope the manager or the owner or whoever runs this sees this and make some changes because this is not look right on this company.

Then she goes on to tell me "you're not going to b able to dry your clothes sorry" I said "excuse me? I come at this time every weekend." She continues to mop the floors an hour before closing time zig zagging thru people as they do their laundry there was an elderly man that could've slipped and fell on her wet floor(no wet floor signs by the way) but really u have to mop around our feet????!!!!! I'm extremely outraged. Just got back from there again tonight and she had one of the exits locked 3 HOURS before closing time so me and a few other people had to walk all the way around the building to get in, RIDICULOUS!!! I hang out in my car and wait for my clothes so about 9:50 I get out of my car to get my clothes and ALL the doors are locked now!!!!! With about 10 people still inside doing laundry that is a FIRE HAZARD this lady should b terminated that place is definitely losing business because of her I wash for a family of 4 so I spend over $100 a month over there but I will NOT be going back

I finally went to speak with the manager Jacob Jones at the main plant location (98th St) to see how we could fix this issue. His response: "we do LOTS of jeans here, and I mean a lot. If you're not satisfied with how we do them, maybe we aren't the place for you to do business". Perfect. After several years of bringing all of my families clothes here, my accounts will all be cancelled. I'm sure this isn't how the owner would've wanted this handled. But....thanks for the advice Jacob. I will indeed cancel all of my accounts.
