I took the jacket to be cleaned because the sign on their truck out front advertised that they cleaned leather jackets. The owner gladly accepted the jacket, saying "Yes we clean leather." When I returned to pick it up, the jacket had huge dark splotches all over it. The owner kept saying "The jacket is clean. We are not responsible for anything but cleaning it." He practically dared me to get a lawyer and sue him. He would not even let me have the jacket back without paying the complete fee of over $60. It could have at least been used for outside yard work, but he ruined it and then stole it.

It was there for over a week. She took scissors to a $350 dollar prom dress and charged $50 for it. If that was all she was going to do, we could have just cut it ourselves. It was not gemmed at all-- which is what we were expecting to get done when we walked in. It's choppy, uneven, and ruined a very beautiful dress.

Prices were $8, $14 and $17 respectively and they could have been higher depending on other options to select. No quarters you have to pay a dollar for a card that you load with money. Drying seems cheap though as the dryers are huge and cost $1-$2 for 20-25 mins. The people that own this place are either rife with greed or I have ALOT to learn about the costs behind establishing and up keeping a laundromat of this quality. I used to take my dress shirts to another local dry cleaning company, but they recently closed. I…read morefound Tide after a quick Google search, and saw they had pretty good reviews. I took my clothes in Saturday afternoon . . . that's right . . . they're open Saturday afternoon. My clothes were available for pickup on Monday evening (i.e., today). I pulled up to the drive thru, which was busy, and expected to be waiting quite a while. To my surprise, they had several people serving the drive thru customers; coming to vehicles, getting names, and returning with clothes. They brought my clothes out and told me there was a bag included with my clothes. I asked what for, and they said I could use it to drop my clothes off. It has my name inside and is actually a pretty rugged drawstring bag. The employee went on to tell me that I can use that bag to drop off my clothes 24 hours a day at the 24 hour drop off station toward the end of the drive thru. She also told me that you can retrieve your clothes, using a machine much like a Red Box DVD rental machine, as long as you have a credit card on file. They are open 7 days a week, have 24 hour drop off available, 24 hour pickup available, and they are professional and courteous. They were very reasonably priced as well. I finally went to speak with the manager Jacob Jones at the main plant location (98th St) to see how we could fix this issue. His response: "we do LOTS of jeans here, and I mean a lot. If you're not satisfied with how we do them, maybe we aren't the place for you to do business". Perfect. After several years of bringing all of my families clothes here, my accounts will all be cancelled. I'm sure this isn't how the owner would've wanted this handled. But....thanks for the advice Jacob. I will indeed cancel all of my accounts.
