They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. When I went here to find out what the heck was going on, they seemed a bit unorganized. The two employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly, but that only gets me so far when I am trying to help run a business. The supervisor remembered packages to our house/business address when he made deliveries. He called the driver that usually travels to that area. She seemed befuddled... The note left behind ended up being an honest mistake. It has some adhesive backing and I'm sure that's how it ended up on my porch, but it was still a waste of time. This the second time this sort of thing has happened. Quite honestly, it's frustrating because we have some very important clients who run emergency services operations, educational facilities, etc.. We don't like letting them down or postponing our work schedules when we can't find materials we have already been waiting patiently on - sometimes for months. TIPS This is the location where you might need to go if you miss a signed delivery. Otherwise, this is not a store where you can complete delivery transactions or purchase materials.
