They had plenty of staff, handled three customers at a time and were constantly busy. This is where the locals go and why we are here; thank you kind fellow for the recommendation! We are traveling and had business that required printing email, signing documents and faxing. I like this UPS. It's convenient, open till 6pm, and the employees are efficient and knowledgeable. But some of the young women have far too much attitude. This is a customer service business so snippy high school attitudes don't belong! I was just there today. No eye contact, no welcoming demeanors. I wouldn't ever go back if I didn't mainly need an Amazon drop off. Certainly, many times there is at least one engaging, friendly young women. But not the two I dealt with today. read more

When I walked in it smelled like marijuana. The employee was on a personal phone call (that was on speaker phone). I had to wait til she got off her phone call to be helped. There was a sign on the door saying they aren't making any shipping labels. Thankfully I had already had my label printed. The employee was pretty rude, it was only about a one minute interaction and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by simply dropping off a package. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the single worst UPS store I've ever had the displeasure to use. Currently it is 4:16pm and they're already locked up, though the sign says they close at 5pm. Everytime I go in, I am not even greeted, at least one employee is on a personal phone call (or FaceTime video call) and doing their own thing. They never seem to want to do their job, or know how. As a local business owner, I would not recommend this UPS store. Every so often we have a package that weighs between 80-100 pounds. They have refused to accept my package, even though I have confirmed with UPS corporate office that they accept packages up to 150 pounds. I've also called a couple of times looking for the store manager, and have been told that she's only there whenever she feels like being there and that there are no set hours that I could get a hold of her. I've left my name and number and never received a call back. I've also been blatantly lied to; being told that they couldn't accept packages over 120 pounds on one occasion, 100 pounds on another occasion, and 80 pounds on this last occasion. The blonde, bigger set woman just went to the back room to "see if there was anything they could do" just to come back and lie to my and my wife's face. I wouldn't even mind that they couldn't accept this package if I could go drop it off at the UPS Customer Center on Mabry, but that place is closed the majority of the time, with a sign on the door that says "if you need anything, the UPS store on Prince can take your shipment." So, not a nice feeling to be paying hundreds of dollars in shipping with UPS, only to not be able to drop my customer's orders off. I hope something will be resolved after my last phone call to corporate, but we shall see. read more

These guys were quick, efficient, and super friendly. They helped me with making copies from an email and faxing some paperwork for me.

-15 STARS on the Richter scale. The most unprofessional horrible UPS I've ever dealt with. Lies after lies. I took 3 medium sized boxes into the store open. John personally stated that he would professionally pack my boxes and put fragile stickers all over them since the items had successfully made 33 years worth of military moves without one piece breaking. Well that was the 1st and 2nd of John's lies. Not only did he not put the stickers on the boxes, he sealed them as they were without professional packing which he charged me for. The three boxes reached their destination 6/14/18 and I've been fighting tooth and nail for the insurance claim since then. John takes numerous days off and more vacation time than any human I know since that's the excuse from other store workers when I ask why he's not in the store. Lie #3 was that corporate hadn't approved the claim as of yet - I've had claim #s on all 3 boxes since 6/25 which corporate states I wouldn't have if the claims were denied. Lie #4, this process takes 6 months and then I'll pay you. Corporate cuts John a check and he can pay me immediately which has already happened with one of the claims, yet John is no where to be found to get my money. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS because your initial costs will not be your only costs, you'll loose hours of your life, loose 40 year old china, and your sanity if John has his way. I don't go away easily John. I will get my price. read more

I wish I knew before what I learned today! From now on I will be shipping stuff through UPS (hopefully all offices are as friendly and helpful). I shipped 3 huge boxes for less than the post office would've cost me...thank you UPS for your help in lightening my car load for this move. read more

I live in Oregon and my mother lives in Texas. This is the easiest and closest UPS store for her to get to. I had her ship some boxes to me. She took several smaller boxes to there to have them packed and shipped. Granted I got them quickly, but it was a miracle nothing was broken. It looked and I know for fact the person that packed the boxes, just dumped my stuff from the small boxes into a large box. No packing material to cushion anything. Stuff was just thrown in the big box and sent on it's way. I made a special trip to Texas spent over $500 on plane tickets to go down and pack my own boxes to have them shipped correctly, because of the way the store packed the other two boxes. If you are going to advertise as a packing service at least learn to pack. I've moved 37 times in 53 years and I know how to do it. If you need a lesson give me a buzz. LOL read more

Terrible customer service. Did not receive packages on time - they were over 3 weeks late (when I called to check on them after a week - they were still sitting at the store location). When received, many items were broken. I have used many UPS locations in many states over the years and this one was by far and away the worst!!! read more
