So I took them my laptop and thankfully they were able to get it working again and they were able to move my son's stuff from his laptop to mine. We're grateful that they were able to recover most of my son's stuff that he had saved on his laptop. He lost a few things but they weren't a big deal. Being able to access most of everything that was on his laptop was a huge relief!!! They were so nice that they only charged me the diagnosis fee for both laptops. UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. I will post this review anywhere I possibly can in hopes of preventing anyone else from having to go thru this.
