They installed my water heater with a very reliable brand and I have not had any problems with it for five years. They also replaced under sink supply lines and drains. They used top parts and did it in a very timely manner. They have also install my outside frost free faucets, replaced the float in my toilets and helped me plan for a septic tank replacement. I like D & D because they respond the same day and very fairly priced on their parts and labor and they back up the work they do.

I needed help with my garage door since it wasn't opening properly and having to manually open and close it. Total inconvenience for me doing it manually :P Got a virtual consultation through yelp, set up an appointment for the next day (day of) and the repair man came to my home super quickly! Super friendly technicians and he problem solved with me trying to figure out what component could be the issue. The technician said he would find the sensors for my garage door to be replaced and came the next day. He went out of his way to find the components we would need and the bill was very reasonable and the big take away was their professionalism in completing the job quickly and efficiently. Overall huge thanks to them and glad that a company like this supports Military Families and the owner Tabitha was extremely gracious and helpful. Wishing your company huge success!

This one individual doesn't speak for the entire business. So they come out the next day and measure, and the guy tells me they will have the price by the end of that day but if I wanted to come the next day I could. Waited til 1 p.m. the next day to arrive, and they did not have the quote at the business. Apparently, they guy who came and measured carries the quotes around with him instead of keeping it at the main store, which does not make much sense at all. If a customer comes up to the business, wouldn't it make more sense for the information they want to be at the business? The other thing that bothered me, is that the guy running around with my quote was obviously working, just not in store, so why couldn't his business phone be contacted he be asked over the phone how much it would cost? I am a customer and I made a special trip to your business just like I was told I could the day before to get this information, it should be there for me. I was told I would have to make another trip up to the business when the guy running around with my information was back in the store. This does not seem like a good way to earn anyones business. I will be going elsewhere.

We have had this appointment since they did not appear the previous week. Today, they were a no-show no-call. We called at 9:16 am and were told the guy was meeting with a supplier and then would be here. We called back an hour later and asked to speak with the owner. Kimberly raised her voice so much so I could not comprehend what she was saying. Then she hung up on me. After calling back to leave a voicemail for Richard Anderson, the owner. Kimberly then called back 3 times. We answered the 4th call, she disputed the fact that she yelled at us which indicated that she listened to the voicemail. Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior.
