We have a standing annual contract with Rick's. Usually, we have a good experience. Today, our experience has been less than stellar. They were scheduled to come out at 8 am this morning. We have had this appointment since they did not appear the previous week. Today, they were a no-show no-call. We called at 9:16 am and were told the guy was meeting with a supplier and then would be here. We called back an hour later and asked to speak with the owner. Kimberly raised her voice so much so I could not comprehend what she was saying. Then she hung up on me. After calling back to leave a voicemail for Richard Anderson, the owner. Kimberly then called back 3 times.We answered the 4th call, she disputed the fact that she yelled at us which indicated that she listened to the voicemail. Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior. read more

Better late then never as an over the road truck driver life gets real busy. I would like to leave a review of how wonderful this company really is. I was out on the road when the ac went down. Every ac company was booked for a solid week or more before anyone could come out to the house. Then I called Ricks Comfort solutions. They said they could get someone out the next day, but to my surprise they called me back shortly after I had gotten off the phone and they had pulled some one off of another job and he would be out shortly. His name was Manny and he went above and beyond and was very informative and knowledgeable about everything and was a huge help. Theres nothing like being on the road and your family at home with out ac in the middle of this summer heat. So thanks again to Ricks Comfort Solutions and Manny for there excellent service. read more

The blower on my air conditioner was running continuously even when the unit stopped cooling. I called Rick's Comfort Solutions in the middle of the afternoon and was told that they probably wouldn't be able to get to until the next day, they called me back 15-20 minutes later and said the could have a guy there in 10-15 minutes. Dave showed up a few minutes later and discovered a part needed to be replaced, and he checked the freon and cleaned off the outdoor unit. He was polite and friendly, and he kept me informed about everything he was doing. BEST I KNOW! I've been a maintenance man, and maintenance director, and a handyman for more than 20 years, and since I've met Rick, I'd use nobody else. Price is more than fair and always quality work. I've used Rick for my HVAC needs every time I need something! Anywhere from working on Commercial Fridges and Freezers, to installing new HVAC units, and maintenance of units. Never any problems that he couldn't figure out. read more

Installed a unit for me last year. Recently had a problem with it. Called them and they were all nice on the phone saying they'd get back with me. I've emailed, sent text messages and called. No response. Left me hanging with a bad unit. Disappointed in the service for such a small community. read more
