We have had this appointment since they did not appear the previous week. Today, they were a no-show no-call. We called at 9:16 am and were told the guy was meeting with a supplier and then would be here. We called back an hour later and asked to speak with the owner. Kimberly raised her voice so much so I could not comprehend what she was saying. Then she hung up on me. After calling back to leave a voicemail for Richard Anderson, the owner. Kimberly then called back 3 times.We answered the 4th call, she disputed the fact that she yelled at us which indicated that she listened to the voicemail. Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior.

I was out on the road when the ac went down. Every ac company was booked for a solid week or more before anyone could come out to the house. Then I called Ricks Comfort solutions. They said they could get someone out the next day, but to my surprise they called me back shortly after I had gotten off the phone and they had pulled some one off of another job and he would be out shortly. His name was Manny and he went above and beyond and was very informative and knowledgeable about everything and was a huge help. Theres nothing like being on the road and your family at home with out ac in the middle of this summer heat. So thanks again to Ricks Comfort Solutions and Manny for there excellent service.

However, we scheduled and The plumber was to show up between 800-1100am. Noon rolls around and no one showed up, no phone call, no text! I called and come to find out that the plumber was on "another job" and they haven't heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that if you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!

They didn't do anything and I didn't hear from them for months. They called and said someone had dropped the ball and that they'd like to come back and try again. Again nothing, until I got a bill for $120. Finally I got an estimate of $15k to fix a leak in my shower. Completely useless and they're still trying to get the $120 for coming to my house.

Called numerous times and was finally told by the owner Jeff that, "there is no free service". REALLY??? Well I used another HVAC and there was no charge to come out and check my unit.
