They had plenty of staff, handled three customers at a time and were constantly busy. This is where the locals go and why we are here; thank you kind fellow for the recommendation! We are traveling and had business that required printing email, signing documents and faxing. This is a customer service business so snippy high school attitudes don't belong! I was just there today. No eye contact, no welcoming demeanors. I wouldn't ever go back if I didn't mainly need an Amazon drop off. Certainly, many times there is at least one engaging, friendly young women. But not the two I dealt with today.

This is the only Post Office out of many I've been to that honors and takes care of their U.S. Veterans. This is the 5th time they have taken a large envelope and shoved it in our box…read more They actually have 5 document complaints from us and they claim the mail person will be fired if we complain again. We order music often and they just rolled up the book completely ruining a $30 purchase. We will be getting reimbursed for their terrible mail delivery service to order another book. They are extremely disrespectful and should be punished by law for tampering with mail when they literally rip it open while they shove it in my box. I thought they were supposed to put bigger packages in the bigger box? That might be too complicated for them though.

I'm having a terrible time just trying to call this place. I need to find a missing piece of mail. Can't get a soul to answer. Tried the local number. Won't work. Tried the 1-800 number. I'm currently on a 50 minite wait time. I don't think anyone is going to answer. It's probably because I'm calling a business in shithole Clovis where everything sucks. read more

Our carpet padding was literally stuck to the sub-floor, creating extra work. They diligently worked to remove it regardless, and in doing so, got everything hauled away in a few hours.
