I called OptumRx this AM. After some investigation, the rep. told me that my Rx is sitting 'in the hub' at Clovis. Whatever that means. I also was supposed to have received some COVID tests last week, and those have not yet arrived. Why in blazes is my stuff sitting in Clovis????? It should have come directly from Lubbock! The OptumRx rep. told me I could get an emergency 30-day supply of my meds at my pharmacy (Walgreen's). Turned out I can't, cuz the Walgreen's pharmacy is closed on Sunday! NM must have the worst post office service in the country! Including friggin' Clovis!!

They always answer any questions and if a form is filled out wrong they're sure to show you how to do it correctly. They always have a line (which is typical for a post office) but they get through it asap and never have a bad attitude or act in a negative way. Very professional.

Unfortunately this location did not have either a scale or a self-serve machine so I was unable to do it. I just drove back over to the Ross Street post office that I have been to before. They are a much larger post office and have both scale and the self-serve machine so I was able to weigh my package, print out a label for it and send it on its way.
