Every time I have a package pass through Lubbock it either goes to the wrong place or it doesn't get here on time...It usually goes elsewhere then back to Lubbock..I have had it go back and forth several times before finally making it to destination...if it's not that happening then it will sit there longer than it should..either way I dread when it has to go through Lubbock...cause I just know it's going to arrive late...I could understand this happening a time or two, but seriously it's every single time read more

I needed to ship a few items out quick on a Saturday, so when I turned to www.usps.com I found this location to be the closest to my hotel and still open on a Saturday. Convenient and fast. I love the workers here. They are so fast and make sure to keep that dreadful line moving. They are very nice and helpful as well. I have never felt dumb not knowing exactly which box to use or what stamp situation to ask for. I have felt that at many places that help with shipping things. Not here. USPS - Monterey - Post Offices Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

This is my go to usps location when I lived in LBK. I came here pretty often so several staff recognize me. They aren't too crowded like the one on south loop 289 and they always give me a receipt for repaid packages when the other one doesn't. The line can get long during holiday seasons when the elders come mail out their Christmas cards. Other than that, it is usually a breeze to go in and out. I used to come here during my lunch break to mail stuff then go to market street to grab something to eat since it is so close. Very convenient. Two ladies working here are always super friendly and professional. One of them would joke with you a bit from time to time just to brighten up your day. read more

So this is a passport hub. Customers are supposed to have appointments but they are taking them anyway. I was the only person wanting postage. Crazy 25 minutes if another postal worker had not come out I would still be waiting behind passport people with no appointments. read more

My friend and i went to send some packages overseas to some US Marines. We got to the desk and they sent us back to fill out some papers that we were unaware that we needed to fill out. All i'm saying is that the post office needs to have like maybe a reception desk or reception lady, a greater maybe to assist us in mailing things out because it's very inconvenient for us to get to check out and then find out we did something completely wrong or could have done it a different or better way. Although this was a good experience and a good laugh for my friend and I, post offices could definitely use some better directions and instructions and better selfie lighting AND some possible music while waiting. I will say our lady who's nickname was chinchilla was a nice lady. Thank you chinchilla for mailing our packages. read more

Look, I know that a post office is a weird thing to review. I get it. But these guys are awesome. I've never had a bad interaction, or even a so so one. All the people I've encountered that work here are happy to be there. They're not mean about tape, and this morning a woman even helped me fold some clothes I was sending back to H&M. She didn't need to do that, but it helped me out a lot. She even used tape to close the package a little better, AND DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THE TAPE!!!!! It's a Christmas miracle, in April, at the USPS. Luckily this is right by my house, so I'm here a lot. But no matter where you live, the service is worth driving to this location. We all know government employees aren't really known for their great customer service, but these guys really stand out as genuine humans in a sea of bad attitudes. read more

So done with using usps. Never helpful. My mom paid for two day shipping and it hasn't came yet and now it's been a week. We are not pleased with usps, this isn't the first time this has happened.
