Do not recommend this company for moving. If you are at Cannon and are assigned this company, I would recommend seeing if you can change to someone else. The seals on our crates were broken open after being sealed and some of our furniture arrived broken to our new base. read more

I would not recommend this company for moving. We used them for a move from Clovis to Colorado, and so many of our things were broken or damaged. We thought we had purchased the highest replacement insurance, only to find out they pay a certain amount per pound of damage. We had thousands of dollars in damages. If they try to sell you their "Total Value Protection Insurance", don't buy it. I paid an extra $500 for this coverage and they offered me $565 for my damages. There is no "value" with this coverage. Only thing positive I can say is that they got the job done. Crappy job however. I had them pack my belongings in my apartment to move to storage in February (Recommendation: ALWAYS do your own packing if you want the best organization). They showed up almost 2 hours late. They failed to tape the box containing my mattress and didn't cover my couches or cushion. This exposure and improper packing led to having furniture with rodent waste on it from the storage unit. The two movers who moved my belongings from the storage to apartment in August were fast and efficient. This was the best experience with the moving company. They dusted furniture of rodent waste to ensure not to track waste into my home. They were not careful enough however. They must have overloaded the TV stand causing the base to strip and the stand no longer to be supportive on its legs. They apologized, having investigated and concluded they were at fault for the damage. They called the manager, Sandy, to speak to me about actions to be taken. Sandy drove and met me and asked to send pictures of damage and stated that she would call her repairman. I had to coach movers on how to put the bed frame together and how to install the mirror onto the dresser. While installing my mirror onto my dresser, they stripped the wood on the front from using too long of a screw which left a dent. As requested, I sent text messages with pictures of my damaged TV stand to Sandy. I called, texted and left messages requesting when to expect a repairman. No response. After several calls to the office and texts to Sandy, I finally got a response about the repairman. The repairman did a thorough investigation and informed Sandy that the stand couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. He got off the phone and told me Sandy wanted them to bring my stand in so she could look at it again for repair determination. WTH? YOUR REPAIRMAN just told you it CAN'T BE REPAIRED! You still want to try to fix it instead of owning up and replacing it?! They took it and told me that Sandy should give me a call that evening. No call! I sent texts to her personal line requesting a response asap. The weekend went by--No Call! I called Monday to express my frustration about the lack of communication. The clerk told me Sandy was on lunch break and out of the office all day. I had to call again 3 hours later. I was told by the clerk that the final assessment was to replace my stand and that Sandy would contact me. The next morning, Sandy contacted me and asked if it would be okay if she got a stand from the store I purchased my stand from with the same dimensions as the one they are replacing." Umm...ONLY of the same value!" Thank God, I keep receipts and could produce them for her. She decided to replace my TV stand with the same model. I asked her to tell me what to expect for shipping once she ordered it. Days later, Sandy texted me a delivery with a delivery window of Sept 15th to Oct 12th., which is standard for furniture. On Sept 15th, I asked for an update and got a screenshot showing the item had not yet shipped. I waited until Oct 6th which was a day after the last possible day per last screenshot and asked for an update. After hearing nothing for a few days, I decided to reach outside for assistance. I went to BBB website to report the terrible service even though they aren't BBB certified. On October 10, I called and asked for an update. The very next day, shortly after BBB emailed me that they were contacting the business, Sandy texted me stating that she was in the mountains over that weekend therefore didn't have service to contact me. She called Amazon that day and discovered that they never sent the stand. She cancelled the Amazon order and decided to give me a check for the original amount of receipt I produced for her. So I waited two months for action when I could have gotten the check upfront. Bottom Line: I don't know many moving companies in this Podunk. It's so unfortunate you may not have a choice, but try to avoid this place...Unless they change management! read more

Terrible experience. Delayed pick up and drop off delayed 2 weeks from date planned. They didn't have enough people to help for packing and broke so many loved possession things. Not happy with Sandy and whole thing was a disaster! Never use them!!!! read more

I would give this business a negative rating if I could, but I can't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The three movers that showed up to my house were extremely unprofessional and their boss did not care either. The older guy in my bedroom hit on me while he was packing my stuff. He told me how nice I looked and I had great hair. I was creeped out. I sat in the kitchen instead for the next three days. It took the guy in my bedroom two full days to pack my bedroom out. I ended up with only 20 boxes of stuff. I also lost some jewelry that I had in various totes. How do I know that I lost them? Because the items that I had with the jewelry showed up, but not the jewelry. As for the rest of my stuff, the used very little to no paper. I literally had boxes of stuff from drawers dumped in the boxes. It has been terrible going through all the boxes because of it. I had a piece of crystal wrapped in one piece of paper and then a 10lb flower pot put in the same box. Guess what happened to my crystal? Because of their inefficiency the day the truck was to show up my off station storage unit was not packed out. The boss said the only option I had was to let them pack out the storage unit without me or find someone to be with them. I didn't have anyone so they packed unsupervised. They called me at one point and said they were on their way to us to load to the truck and three hours later they finally showed up. I called their boss and he said I must have miss heard them. I didn't. While I was letting the packers into my storage unit the truck driver showed up and he called me and started yelling at me over the phone that I had signed a contract saying I would be at my house form 0800-1600. He is right, but the boss told me to open the storage unit so I did. Before the stuff got delivered to my house, the company who delivered it knew there were boxes missing. NOTHING was started till we initiated a search. So they didn't care about those boxes till we did. I am going to every site I can to wire a review about this company. I have also already done a phone survey and will fill out a written survey about the service I received. I have moved over 20 times in my life and this by far was the WORST experience ever. read more
