When I inquired about a loyalty discount or rate match, I was told it was due to "market rates" and unspecified "improvements" -- even though NSA confirmed no actual improvements were made to the unit or facility. To make matters worse, I never signed any updated lease reflecting these changes. It was simply pushed on me without transparency or consent. This kind of treatment toward long-term tenants is unacceptable. NSA Storage should be ashamed for misleading pricing, lack of fair disclosure, and exploiting loyal customers with unjustifiable rate increases.
