This location has horrible hours...closed Saturday and for at least an hour for lunch during the week. Getting anything shipped to Clovis in less than a week is almost impossible. Better off using UPS or even USPS. read more

Terrible hours. Not enough staff. They have to shut for lunch ... FedEx??? Upon her return, she was unenthusiastic, not thrilled with three people in line and the antithesis of helpful. Although their website says you can print from a USB drive she couldn't nor did she attempt any effort to provide service to us. She clearly just wanted us to go away... So we did! Go to UPS about a mile away; they're FANTASTIC! read more

One of the delivery drivers must've stolen my SHEIN package (very popular shopping site amongst women) because apparently my package was delivered at my door. But when I looked at the photo it was a woman's hand (acrylic nails were done) holding my package but it wasn't on my doorstep when I checked? That was like $100 worth of items so I'd like it back :( read more

They fucking close for lunch from 1130-1230. Right when everyone would head over to try and ship something because every shitty business in Clovis closes at 1730. Right when 90% of the employed populace of this terrible town gets off work. Yes, I'm talking about Cannon AFB. You know, that cluster of buildings that keeps the shit hole that is Clovis from vanishing into the fucking desert. read more

Driver delivered to wrong address. Fedex says my tracking number is invalid, even though this is the exact number in all emails sent to me. Customer service disconnected me mid chat, but made sure to tell me several times that my package was delivered and signed for. Of course it was, to the wrong address and by an unknown person to me. I am highly unsatisfied by the level of service I am currently receiving. Where can I go for proper assistance if not the company that caused the issue to begin with? When all possible don't use Fedex at all for anything, their drivers are idiots and the customer service reps are pre-schoolers with no clue what customer service is. So, some thief gets to keep my order and I am out $160+ due to an idiots bad work habits, Thanks for nothing crappy Fedex. Hope this review helps others to stay away from them. read more

This place is absolutely worthless. They aren't ever open, and you can't even contact them. The only contact is a 1 800 number for people who have never heard of Clovis. They can't comprehend of the possibility that people won't be home between 10 am and 5 pm (when all normal people are at work). You can't pick a package up on weekends, and they won't deliver it to a work address. This is a seriously poor company. Go with UPS: UPS will actually work with you to get you your package. They'll keep their package center open to get it to you, or they'll deliver it when you'll actually be home. NEVER USE FED EX. ALWAYS USE UPS. read more

This only relates to Fed Ex Smart Post all other delivery options have been great. For people using Fed Ex Smart Post, when you are delivering to rural communities in this way, you are doing your customers a dis-service. These deliveries are made to the local post office, the packages are delivered and "accepted" by the post office regardless of the shape the packaging may be in upon delivery. The customers themselves have no way to accept or reject damaged, half opened or otherwise unacceptable packaging. read more

the driver from Clovis N.M. that delivers to Tucumcari N.M. Either can't read or is to lazy to go another 100 yards to deliver packages to my address So he or she Leaves it at my neighbor's house . This is not the only problem I have had with the Clovis N.M. On a Christmas eave They drove within 4 blocks of my house and carried a critical package of medicine (over night delivery ) back to Clovis The driver's lame excuse was he had to many packages to deliver So he went back to Clovis ( He Stated the Next Day that if had known it was critical medicine he would have deliver it before he went back to Clovis ) oh by the way he was going to leave it at my neighbor's house I was watching so I was able to get to my neighbor's before he could leave ( I explain to him that was a very lame excuse ) And I told him he should learn to read when he told me didn't know where I lived I inform him he had been leaving the medicine at my house for a number of times Clovis is problem the worst Fed-Ex in all of the U.S.A. VERY VERY UNHAPPY IN TUCUMCARI read more
