I went to the store on 2/16 and was told by the clerk there is nothing he can do, and he didn't know what to tell me. I asked for a manager and was told one wasn't scheduled- that there was nothing the clerk could do for me. I did leave my phone number with the clerk. I called the same store this morning and the same clerk told me there isn't a manger on the schedule today and he doesn't know when one will be in. I can't seem to get any help from this store.

Overall, I felt like a bother to this employee. She stated to me that one of my packages was USPS. Confused as to the relevancy, I asked if I wasn't able to mail this at their store. (I thought the commercials I've seen stated I could.) She told me I needed to put the package in the yellow box. I looked around, but she didn't tell me where the yellow box was. It felt obvious that I was trying to find this mysterious yellow box. After a few seconds, I asked where the yellow box is, and she said, "by the door." At the end of the transaction, when she was silent, I said "thank you," and she replied "no problem." I don't expect royalty treatment by employees but also don't like feeling like I'm a bother. I strongly suggest customer service training to understand better how to make your customers feel valued and appreciated so they will return.

It was early afternoon on Tuesday August 2nd. The one employee was helping a young man and this incredibly kind young woman came to help me. She tried one size box and in the process noticed that one of the items came from BSA Hospice. She wasn't happy with how the items fit and changed boxes. She made sure a frame was wrapped well in bubble wrap and wrapped the prayer shawl separately so the white would stay white. When she was done, she came around the counter and gave me a hug. I am so sorry I did not get her name but she made such a difference for me during a terrible time. Everything arrived intact and I'm very appreciative for her sensitivity.

I realize they have to make money but I'm used to only paying $0.16 over at OfficeMax. However, OfficeMax wasn't available so I was glad to at least find a place that could make me the copy I needed. They mentioned taking it to a UPS Store and showing them the Code I received from Amazon. I happened to see this UPS store when I pulled into the parking lot to look up a location of a restaurant so I decided to go ahead and take it in there. I had just put the box in my car this morning so I might as well get rid of it. If it hadn't been for the long line it would have been a perfect experience. They did keep it moving pretty fast for a while but then they hit a couple of customers that took a little longer so there was quite a wait. Once I got to the counter the clerks were really friendly and my transaction only took a couple of minutes. I can recommend this place but be prepared for a possible wait if they get hit by a large group of people at once.
