Driver claimed attempt to deliver, no picture of the business just a dirt road. Claims attempt was made at 10:10 people did not leave the business for lunch until after 13:00. Called spent 42:26 minutes on the phone with call center to sort it out. The attempt was made on a Friday, was told Monday before 20:00, asked why it could not be delivered on Saturday. Was informed that was not part of the shipping order, was told that if I wanted it delivered on Saturday I would have to pay extra. So the driver lies about the delivery attempt and takes a picture of a dirt road, the superiors tries to extort money to get the package delivered. read more

Both the FedEx Package and Freight services that serve Amarillo, Texas are criminal organizations that steal packages and freight from their customers. We have experienced this on multiple occasions. FedEx employees have forged our signatures numerous times for the shipments, and then marked them delivered, but actually never delivered the shipments to us. Both CFR and our customers have tried to reach out to FedEx regarding this recurring issue, but no help is available. Curly cue at the counter has some horrible service. Didn't greet me at all. He just said, "What do you need?". My package was 117lbs and 6' long I was picking up. He rolled a cart to the edge of the counter and said, "There it is" and walked off. He didn't offer to help me load it or anything. So after I loaded it I left the cart outside so he had to walk his fat ass outside to get it in the rain. Thanks fedex for shitty service once again. read more

My package got "lost" and the website works great until you attempt you file a claim. It starts saying error and sending you in circles. I wouldn't ship anything expensive with them. I'll probably never see my money back read more

We tracked our package and it showed "Delivery refused." I work from home. They never even attempted to deliver. Then we found out it's at the hub in Amarillo, so we called. We were told there's an issue with the account. We offered to pay the freight and pick it up and were told it wasn't an option. This package is LIVE ANIMALS that cannot go another day or two without FOOD. To say we're pissed is putting it mildly. And they won't put us through to the hub to speak with someone. So we're going in person - an hour away - to try to get our animals. read more

I was to receive a package on the 18th of October. I went to check online that it was still on track to be delivered then and when I did it said that they attempted delivery and that they were going to deliver it on the following monday the 21st. I called fedex and stated that I was at home when the delivery driver supposedly tried to deliver my package and that they apparently didn't do it. Instead of getting my package when I needed it I got a door tag. I also asked them to get ahold of the driver to send him or her back to my house and they said they would try to get in touch with the driver and they would call me back. I waited for an hour and never heard back so I called them back. When I talked to them the second time they said that they were still waiting to get in touch with the driver and they would call me back. I waited till 4:45 and called them back and they told me it was impossible for the driver to bring me my package even though it stated that my package would arrive by 8pm and that I could go and pick up the package at the facility. I could do that of course except that the store is 1.5 hours from my house. I initially called them 5 min after I received the door tag all they had to do is get in touch with the driver and tell them to go back to my house but they said it was not possible to get the driver. I guarantee that if the driver had an emergency they could get in touch with them. I will never use fedex ever again for my own personal shipping and if a person I am buying something from uses them I will not buy from them. I will pay extra to not have to deal with fedex. Horrible customer service no phone number to the dispatch facility, and drivers not doing their job. Again I was home when they stated that they tried to deliver my package but they didn't ring the doorbell or knock. I would know since my dogs let me know when someone knocks or rings the doorbell. Horrible customer service, rude employe named Anita told me that I was being "sketchy" because I tried to get my father to pay over the phone once she took the call and started talking to him she then got irritated and handed me the phone back saying "he's using to many names" so I said ok is there another way I can do this? She begins to start talking to her coworker how he was using to many names like "Jennifer" weird part is it was a man talking to her named lex using his card so now she is telling me my fathers name is Jennifer as well as making fun of the situation with her coworker saying it's sketchy and I need to go to UPS... I have been to this fedex 101 times... and had him pay over the phone because he physically can't come to FedEx him self 101 times and I guess making an account or having him pay online and sending them the label is "sketchy" because I tired to get my father to pay over the phone and them helping me any further to find another solution was to much of a hassle for them. Glad to know FedEx is trying so hard to help customers! Haha what a joke! read more
