I've just recently gotten hooked on Amazon. I'm a little bit behind the crowd. So far I've had very…read moregood luck with everything I've ordered but I recently got something that wasn't what I was expecting and I needed to return it. They mentioned taking it to a UPS Store and showing them the Code I received from Amazon. I happened to see this UPS store when I pulled into the parking lot to look up a location of a restaurant so I decided to go ahead and take it in there. I had just put the box in my car this morning so I might as well get rid of it. If it hadn't been for the long line it would have been a perfect experience. They did keep it moving pretty fast for a while but then they hit a couple of customers that took a little longer so there was quite a wait. Once I got to the counter the clerks were really friendly and my transaction only took a couple of minutes. I can recommend this place but be prepared for a possible wait if they get hit by a large group of people at once.

It was early afternoon on Tuesday August 2nd. The one employee was helping a young man and this incredibly kind young woman came to help me. She tried one size box and in the process noticed that one of the items came from BSA Hospice. She wasn't happy with how the items fit and changed boxes. She made sure a frame was wrapped well in bubble wrap and wrapped the prayer shawl separately so the white would stay white. When she was done, she came around the counter and gave me a hug. I am so sorry I did not get her name but she made such a difference for me during a terrible time. Everything arrived intact and I'm very appreciative for her sensitivity.

This has been on Fridays and Saturdays, and not during lunch hours. Today it was locked at 2pm when the business hours say 10am-6pm, and the "open" light was on. I'd recommend just finding a different location rather than hoping you catch this one when the door is unlocked.
