The service is always out. It's always slow. And even when it is fast, it just sits in our circles half the time.

I've had service with AW for 8 years. And I love it. It's been rare that I've had an issue but, when I did it was resolved almost instantly.

I had really good service to the last couple weeks and the last couple days have been terrible every time I call him there's 140 people complaining before me today there was only 28 but I waited on the line for quite some time and gave up so I'm currently seeking another Internet company read more

Just dropped these guys and found a new internet provider. They had showed up twice at our house, unannounced, and got up on our roof without permission. Today they were scheduled to be here between 1:30 and 2:30. At 10:15, I heard someone on my roof. Sure enough- it was them again. The woman who answers the phone is very pleasant and does her best to help, and she's the one reason I gave them a star. Very unhappy with the service and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Seems like a service with "Amarillo" in the name would actually service all of Amarillo. They told me they could not service the area of town I live in because their tower cuts off at the church across the street? Maybe not list Amarillo as your service area or put a caveat that parts of Amarillo are not in the service area. When looking at the service map online ALL of Amarillo is included. My parents live in Claude, and even they can get their service?!? but I can't living in the city limits of Amarillo? In 2020, this makes no sense to me! My suggestion is upgrade to service the entirety of your service map, or update your service map to show blackout areas. For truth in advertising I would consider a name change to "Rural Broadband" instead of AW "Amarillo Wireless" Broadband! I would not dare to complain about the service nor the charges as they are the only decent company in the area providing internet service.

This company is a JOKE. Our TV locks up, then a blue circle spins in the middle of the screen. I have called these people since Jan. 2020. Every time they come out they state that everything is working fine. As soon as they leave the TV locks up again. Our laptops have "No internet connection" displayed on the screen. Our cell phones even will not connect to the wifi. I have called so many times that Jessica knows my voice. NOW when I call they state that a tech will call me back. I have been told that three times, and I'm STILL waiting on a call. My wife and I manage an RV park in Stinnett Texas. Our property owner has even called this company trying to get them to do their jobs. Their Vice President had a sour attitude when he called them. This is the WORSE company I have ever done business with. You are better off using Spark light or someone else. I give this company a negative 10 star rating. read more

We've been with Amarillo Wireless since they started up and we've always loved the great customer service and the great internet! We are in a place where our only option was through our tv service or satellite internet, then AW showed up! So glad we didn't go through anyone else! read more

I spent a lot of years with lesser services in the Amarillo area. My company wasted a lot of time and money on Suddenlink and Plain old internet for that matter. The former showed up in a dumpy old pickup truck and seemed really shady when it came to handling our problems. Amarillo Wireless was able to set us up to spec quickly and efficiently. They've been Johnny on the spot when it comes to troubleshooting. If you're looking for premium professional service with a personal touch, these are the guys that you need to talk to.
