I have a business that requires security for special events. When I ask for assistance they are quick to contact me and fill my requests. They hire reliable people who know what customer service is all about! Allstate security company is one of the best around! I gave Allstate Security Services a call when I needed my construction site secured. I found their customer service remarkable as they were extremely helpful and professional when I first spoke to them. Best of all, their security services arrived on-time and truly did a great job securing my site, all for prices that I could afford. Now, I sleep better at night knowing that this security company will protect my assets. I highly suggest them if you want security services you can rely on. If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. They are nothing more than a parking enforcement company. There have been several car break-ins and home robberies at my complex, and my neighbors (including myself) have been towed in violation of the 72-hour parking rule. When I did call them to report a house alarm was going off at my neighbor's house (and after being on hold for an unusually long time), I was told that they didn't handle home alarms. They couldn't even check it? They couldn't even respond that they'd follow up with the property management company? They simply said it wasn't their job. You'd think that they would at least have some protocol for such things (e.g., a list of phone numbers to call in this case)? No, "It's not our job," is their answer. Hmmmm.... Please, call a spade a spade: All State Parking Enforcement and "sitting in a car texting and talking to my friends while on duty" Service should be the name of this company. read more

They have always called us when our security alarm goes off (Not that its that often) When someone doesn't answer they send someone up here. They call us when our batteries are low and they are always nice when they call us or when we call them!! Nothing bad to say :) read more

Everything you read from former employees is absolutely true about this company. From the operation managers is where the change needs to start. Mark along with joe I really hope you are reading this also take this into consideration. How do you lose three city contracts especially when they pay a lot per hour? I would start by questioning my operations managers.... Martin Ruiz is absolutely horrible at his job, from giving out schedules every Sunday night at 11pm. When I was hired as a north patrol supervisor, I was told also explained the schedule goes out every Friday. Martin is destroying your company from playing with guards lives also lying about falsified write ups. I had been in a car accident provided proof, Martin reply is are you coming into work tonight? Learn to be a human have compassion for others. Another example my wife had a miscarriage I had explained my situation to him, he replies are you still coming into work? I had explained no I just lost a child... you would think he would understand guess not. I had then decided to step down as a supervisor because this man had written me up for a falsified write up. The dispatch turn over rate is also due to Martin Ruiz as well. I remember as the north patrol Supervisor telling Martin that a security guard card was expired, his reply is the client does not mind. Wait what you guys are not worried about the Bureau coming to investigate you guys or the fines that come with it? Owners again please get rid of this man. Best part of it all I had a site was promised same pay along with hours / days off. I waited patiently for two months however never came into play again lies the company tells you to keep you. Within this past weekend they lost three armed guards along with two supervisors. Mark also joe you really need to protect your company both of you are good people however you have people running your accounts with zero people skills along with ego problems. Negative feed back people read especially this new generation. It is not a privilege or reward working under these guys. They lie through advertising pto also sick time. Please realize they treat pto as sick time. Health benefits they say they pay half no actually they do not. How I compared your company prices to Kaiser / sharp how is it cheaper to join them then the prices you offer your employees? Why lie to people to real them in? Why play with peoples lives especially when they have a baby on the way? I have been a loyal employee for a year four months... how I lasted this long was because I ignored the unbalanced rules they make up along with the guards who so unorganized. For heavens sake you have a guard who every one had to take a sexual harassment class for... he is still employed at Horton plaza none of the guards can stand working with him. Honestly stay away from this company. They can bad mouth me all they want. They force you to work through breaks also have been sued for it multiple times. Mark and joe are you worried about the account managers going to another company ? Seriously fire these guys before more law suits come also before some one contacts the better business bureaus files a complaint. I do not regret writing this if the owners choose not to read this or investigate in this I feel sorry for you guys. Just trying to bring awareness. read more

One star is too many. If I could give them zero stars I would. We were loyal customers for 6 years. The payment was auto drafted so it was never late. When we decided to sell our house I let them know via two separate written notices we were cancelling our service. It was long out of contract so I thought nothing more about it. We put off selling our house for about a year and a half and not one time did they ever send me an email or anything written saying I was still signed up and they were still charging me. They said they called several times but I didn't get their calls. They are suing me in small claims court so it is cheaper and easier to just pay them the 2000.00 vs. fighting them or at least that is what my lawyer said. I would never do business with them in the future. read more

I used these guys for 3 days during termite tenting they provide security at night. The reason for this is my house was expose to theft during the tenting process which required the door and windows to remain open. These guys were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Security Officer was on time, called me every night to assure me he was there and provided a detailed report at the end of the process. Can ask for anything more plus price was less than any other company I called. I would highly recommend AllState Security in San Diego. read more
