Appalling service. This company bought out Hanes Fire Service which was a locally owned business…read moreproviding excellent customer service to businesses with fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems. They inherited Hanes' client list and appear to be doing their absolute utmost to drive every single one of those clients to other service providers. Instead of completing a fire suppression system inspection and providing us with a signed report as required by the Fire Marshall, we received absolutely nothing to even prove the inspection was completed. They did, however, be sure to send an invoice. When I called to inquire about the status of the inspection report, the lady informed me that it would not be forthcoming until the invoice was paid. What? That has NEVER been the procedure for any third party inspections and was absolutely not a business practice ever employed by Hanes. When I informed the lady that if that was standard practice, we would be looking for another service provider, she replied with supreme nonchalance, "okay". At this rate... I give them less than a year. I'm finding a local business to serve our needs.
