The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business.
