Got my car in quick and service was excellent. There was a spill in my car that went into the cargo compartment, and they took everything out to make sure it was completely clean. The interior of the car was very clean. However, when I returned after 4 hours (when I was told the car would be ready), I was informed that they needed more time to complete the job. When I returned after 7 hours, the car was declared "clean" but the seats were still wet. I left on a road trip and had to sit on a towel for the length of the trip. Finally, when I popped the trunk to load my luggage, it had not been vacuumed. This was something clearly outlined in the services that I paid for. I'd be ok with the extended length of service (but would have appreciated some communication to save me some drive time), but the wet seats and overlooked trunk were too much. I'd have to write a book to explain how bad this company is! Scheduled a tint remove and replace also a complete detail, the best they have to offer! Long story short they used a scraper to remove the tint and left scratches all over my window, it's completely ruined! And quick quack could have gave me a better wash on my car! A complete mess, when I took the lady out to show her she agreed with me it was a mess, told me the detailers left for the day, and my window that they ruined I was out of luck! She said that's why they have me sign a waiver! To release them from liability! A complete waste of 550 bucks not to mention the damage I have to have fixed! Do not go to this place!!! read more

Great customer service and great job of detailing. I recently had my car detailed at Xtreme. Biggest compliment I can give them is that I am a repeat customer. Since I am in a customer service related job, I am picky when it comes to choosing service type businesses to use. These guys are great. Very friendly. Great attention to detail. I get my car detailed once a year. I used to jump around to different places but since finding Xtreme a couple years ago the are my go to place. THIS SPOT HOOKED ME UP!! We are from NYC and just came through to buy a car for my brother who has been staying in Texas! It was a used car so we wanted it detailed (especially the interior!) and found these guys on Yelp! They accommodated us coming in later on a Saturday!! This was not my first experience with car detailing, but it was the best. I had an extremely dirty minivan that three children are in and out of on a daily basis. I found these guys on the Internet, and was a little skeptical. However, over the phone they sounded very nice. The place is a little hard to find,on far south Bell near the canyon e-way. . The business is run by a young couple, and my impression was that it was very well organized and well run. They kept my minivan overnight in order to shampoo the carpet. They moved all the car seats also at my request. When I got the van the next day, I looked in all of the knocks and crannies to see if I could locate a place that they hadn't found and cleaned already. I was unable to. I was so impressed that I brought my second vehicle in the next day for them to detail also. I completely recommend this locally owned business for auto-detailing. read more

When I picked up my car, I first noticed that my digital display no longer worked. Looked as if the screen had been soaked Or dealt with carelessly and today the screen is still black, never turned on after letting it dry. Secondly I noticed that it appeared that someone had ripped open my center console instead of pulling up on the lever. The lever was completely broken off and everytime I accelerate, the console goes flying open and no longer latches to stay shut. On the day after picking up my car, my power steering shut down. They did detail my engine so I figured I would let my car fully dry out before I assumed my power steering had been broken. After a look over from a mechanic it was determined That parts were knocked loose from the detailer using "excessive water force" and after some tweaking, the power steering returned. I will never go back and strongly suggest that customers take their business elsewhere read more

Set up an appointment yesterday for 10:00am today, arrived 5 minutes early and the gentleman in front of me was promptly waited on. The person behind the desk vaporized. I sat down and after seeing no one for 25 minutes decided to leave. Guess I have the wrong skin color. I would have gone bankrupt decades ago if I had ran my business like this. read more

I got an ink stain on NEW suede and leather seats. Called around in a panic and they told me to bring it in (30 minutes before they closed). At first they weren't sure if they were going to be able to fix it but they were willing to try. Ten minutes later and they informed me they were able to remove the ink stain! Very reasonably priced with great service. I will be bringing my other vehicles here from now on! read more

I have had my cars detailed once a year for the last decade. In that time, I have had 4 done that made the car feel new. Today I just had my car done by the Xtreme team. When I brought it to them it wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean. The thing is, having just got it back the vehicle looks better than the day I drove it off the (used) car lot. It is unequivocally the very best detailing job I have ever had done. They were without a doubt the best bang for the buck I've ever had as well, detailing should never be cheap. If it is, you can bet it won't be good. I was concerned that the pricing was too low honestly when I saw their prices. Found out that the fee I was charged does not include a hand wax. It is available at an extra charge. Since I'm driving about 1000 miles the next two weeks I passed on that. Looking at the car now, it looks better than any hand wax, I've ever done lol. I wish every city I live in for the rest of my life has a team as talented as this. Ricky and the team were fantastic and I was fortunate enough to be in driving range for drop off. I had them detail and tint my windows, I was worried at first about the bubbles in the tint never went back to have them take a look. Everything worked out though the air pockets under the tint went away as the sun blasted away. That is what I figured would happen. I recommend these guys from my experience. read more
