It took 3 days (!!) to replace my windshield and I had a sinking feeling that, because Braden…read more(Owner) doesn't advertise that they calibrate windshields, that he was straight-up lying to me when he said his company did. I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). Definitely go to Accent unless you're a Dumb Female. (Sry, thame sing).

They talked me into putting a black wrap on the spoiler and on my roof and other parts of my car. It turned out to be a very cheap wrap. And it looked horrible after a couple years. It took Southwest Body Shop over seven hours for two minutes to take this wrap off my car. When I went back to Street to talk to them about this rap, they told me they would charge me to take it off and would not stand behind it.!!! I would think long and hard before going back to Street toyota to buy a car or anything else! Here are some pictures of the rap before Southwest Body Shop started taking it off? When I get my car back, I will post pictures of what it looks like after they got finished with it and having to repaint it.!!! does it just look terrible

My poor Jetta the was damaged because someone let their dogs run loose near a major highway. Well this was a first for me I had NO idea what to do.. After calming down and googling where to take my car I found texas body shop. When I arrived with the tow truck I'm sure they knew I was about to break (emotionally) they were extremely nice about everything! One guy got me a box to put things in from my car, they offered me a ride to anywhere I needed to go, took care of a window that wouldn't roll back up (it was going to rain), and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Well a week later, I hadn't heard from anyone. So I called them and they told me the insurance company did come and they are working out details but they did order parts and said my car might be ready by the following week! Originally it was looking like a month (ordering parts for my car can be a hassle). I know they are being optimistic but it's a huge relief since I'm having to pay for a rental out of pocket :( I thought about waiting to actually see my car before reviewing but their customer service and helpfulness is worthy of a good review! Also I've heard good things from students at WT about them. ** seriously the best body shop! They did an amazing job and were super helpful with all my questions! They detailed my car before I went to get her, even the blue jean stain is almost gone on my white pleather seats. Also I know my car was not on a full tank when I took her there so that was nice of whoever put fuel in her. So happy I picked them!

The car is hardly driven and stays in a garage. I've emailed them, no response. I'm out their tinting cost (horrible), removal AND new tint somewhere who knows what they're doing.
