Asked the manager/owner Tonya for their insurance to pay for the repairs. We were passing through Amarillo to our destination in Colorado so repairs needed to take place in Colorado. She refused to provide insurance info and insisted I take it to a local body shop that was unable to repair our truck before we had to leave town. I calmly and clearly explained our situation without any cooperation from her. We ended up having to file a claim with our own insurance, paying our $500 deductible, to get the damage they caused repaired.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly, he always is, the young man that gets it started was…read moreok...the two guys at the end that are "wiping down the water", well let's just say that part didn't really happen!!! The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!! Now maybe they're not supposed to be wiping them down at all, but for the past 3 years my husband has had an account and it gets taken out every month and we gave ALWAYS gotten the vehicle wiped down like it was part of the package! The last 3-4 times they have done a very poor job, one time my husband even asked them to dry it better, this time they just dried half the hood, fixed the mirrors back walked to the back of the Tacoma and motioned for us to move on!
