I'm traveling on I 40 going between 70-75 mph and all power cuts off. As my car quickly looses power I'm forced to navigate rush hour traffic with a dying car and no emergency flashers to get off the highway. IT'S A DEATH TRAP.  You'd think the dealership would be concerned. Think again, the best they could do is schedule my car in 2 weeks. I only have one car so I'm forced to either risk my life or miss 2 weeks of work until they can get to it.  I then asked to talk to the manager. He sent me a message he'd get back later in the afternoon. That was 4 days ago.  In looking on line this isn't an isolated event. With so many complaints you'd think the company would be concerned. Think again, guess people will need to be killed before they do something.  Partial list of repairs beyond normal maintenance: -Safety Recall power side view mirror. Water leakage to heated function could cause an electrical fire -oil cooler tube replaced -Software flash update PCM powertrain control module. Problems with my powertrain probably led to the    Next repair -41,000 miles and my TRANSMISSION had to be rebuilt -Replaced left rear wheel speed sensor -Recall Air bag A replaced -Tie rod end track bar steering damper -DEATH WOBBLE struts and shocks needed to be replaced  -Replaced the limited slip friction modifier  -Replaced the brake vacuum pump --fuel injection flushed/replaced -piston replaced -differential pump replaced -Another rear wheel speed sensor replaced  Think twice before buying a Jeep unless you have money to burn AND find a dealership that gives a damnx

My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to…read morestabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services. Bill D.

If you want a crappy job that requires numerous return visits to get things repaired properly, this is your place. First, I was told my vehicle would be ready in 3 days & that someone would give me a ride to pick it up. Not when you talk to Dylan - every excuse in the book as to why it's taking another week & that NO one is available to give me a ride now. By the way, don't question Dylan - he's arrogant, derogatory, dismissive, & must not want repeat business because he treats the customer with a condescending, demeaning tone. His body language is very aggressive, to the point it's like he wants to physically fight; thank you, TX, for concealed carry. I have an AWD vehicle, and this place charged me $424 for an alignment. I called 17 different locations, and absolutely none of them said that any type of alignment would be that expensive. I was completely ripped off as Hunter refused to tell me where the alignment was performed. I looked at my vehicle before going in to pay & could immediately see a shoddy job had been done. I have bad eyesight & I immediately saw that the repairs they made were not good - "didn't know you wanted that" was Dylan's response. I could see the poor repairs in the metal, which was then painted over. I love wavy & rippled paint jobs - NOT! Dylan then had five other guys look at the repairs, claiming they couldn't see anything. For the large sum I paid, it's only fair that it be done correctly and timely. Don't tell me 3 days and give me crap that I now have to make you fix, which is going to take more time.

In February, I entrusted them with repairing a problem that had been caused by Take 5 oil change. Unfortunately, my interaction with Blaze's Automotive quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. Upon inspection of my truck, Blaze's Automotive informed me that additional repairs were needed, including the replacement of both valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, coil packs, and fixing a broken off dip stick. The estimated cost for these repairs amounted to a staggering $2,232.18, as indicated in the attached invoice. It's worth mentioning that Take 5 was also responsible for a portion of the repairs. However, my dissatisfaction truly escalated after I relocated to Colorado Springs, a mere 15 days later. Suddenly, my truck started leaking oil, causing significant concern and inconvenience. Naturally, I contacted Blaze's Automotive to address the issue, hoping for a resolution. I spoke with Caroline, a representative of the company, who instructed me to schedule an appointment and bring the truck back to their facility. However, I explained to Caroline that I had already moved and returning to Amarillo was not feasible for me. Despite my predicament, she callously dismissed my concerns, informing me that there was nothing they could do to assist me. Understandably, I requested to speak directly with Blaze, the owner, as I believed that he would take responsibility for the situation and provide a more satisfactory solution. To my astonishment, Caroline, rather than empathizing with my situation, stubbornly insisted that Blaze would only offer me the same unsatisfactory response. This response demonstrated a complete lack of concern for my predicament and a clear unwillingness to rectify the situation. I thought in the process of repairing the valve cover gasket, the mechanic twisted or somehow pinched the drivers side, this was the side with the leak. However, when a friend and myself pulled the cover off, I was horrified to learn that they had cracked the valve cover and made attempts to repair it unbeknownst to me. They never mentioned this mistake, only attempted to cover it up. The overall experience I had with Blaze's Automotive was highly disappointing and frustrating. Not only did they fail to fix the issue properly the first time, but their subsequent lack of accountability, poor customer service and lack of business ethics left me stranded with a leaking truck, unable to get this corrected until I was able to do it myself. If you're looking for a reputable mechanic shop, I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider entrusting their vehicles to Blaze's Automotive. Their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes and their dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make it clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.
