Lowering to 3 stars based on today's experience They did not call me once it was ready, I had to go ask them for an update after waiting two hours. After fixing my alignment today the service department brought out the wrong vehicle to me and handed me those keys. I have a blue Rogue and they handed me the keys to someone's white truck. I had already paid for the service and I asked them to let me verify the correct service was performed on it and they were able to do.

I rarely say "yes" to other services, but I'm glad that I did this time! With my newer Tahoe, I've had GM rewards. Unbeknownst to me I'd been collecting lots of points each time I was getting my routine oil change. Karen asked me at checkout if I wanted to apply my rewards, and lo-and-behold, I was able to cash in $145 off of the service! Wowzers! GM and Chevrolet have some good things going. It was a great blessing to me this time, plus their service is always really great, because they: -wash your car -have you pull in out of the weather -provide quick service -and have coupons available I appreciate everything they're doing for their customers!

I called again 7-28-26 to see if the wait time had improved & was told that I no showed my appointment on 7-20-26 which was totally untrue and now it would be 2 to 3 weeks before someone could look at the car. I asked if I could get on a waiting list & bring the car in when it was much closer to the date the car could actually be look at. Nope - that is simply not possible. What a person to do for 2-3 weeks without transportation??? The scheduling person said me it has always been a 2-3 wk wait for car repairs. I have been to this dealership before & NEVER has it been 2-3 weeks. It has been same day or overnight for repairs. Terrible!

I wrecked my 2024 Kia Telluride and insurance could not even pay off my loan so I was just booting this out of my pocket. Levi at first said there wasn't anything close to that .But as I thanked him and started to walk away, he asked me to wait while he checked "the back fence." Vehicles they would not normally sell to the public because they needed too much work. He had one that came close to my price. I asked him for the CarFax, because there was no point going on if the vehicle was too far fine. But he had the report and it had only one collision where the airbags did not deploy , so it was minor damage. The car had 120k miles, which I did t mind because I had been looking stones with more than that with my price range. Honestly, the "cinnamon metallic red " Ford expedition was beautiful . Had some flaws on the inside, needed some mechanical work done. But drive absolutely fine. Would get me from point A to point B . Josh worked with my cash financing options later that day. The vehicle had to pass safety inspection to go off the lot which meant the dealership bought me two new tires and new brakes. What they did not have to do was detail the whole vehicle beautifully and fill it to the brim with fuel, then have it ready exactly when promised. Two keys and I was off in my new, old 2012 ride that looks brand new.

I took it to them for repair trusting them. They did the oil change and rotated the tires. I was told I needed a brake job, which the service company would have honored. Not sure they used the synthetic oil or not.. sick of it. 4 days later, they deliver the car... Oil change, Free, rotate the tires, $8. Engine light off, tire sensor light on still. I'm driving the next day, engine light comes back on, and now 2 sensors are off. I had a gut feeling!!! I moved from another state and always used my Ford dealer service.. never a problem.!!!!!!!

I originally purchased my 2022 Jetta new from Street Volkswagen, so I already had an established relationship with the dealership when I brought it in for these repairs. I do want to specifically recognize Emir for being friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. My Jetta needed a head gasket replacement, which was an unexpected and significant repair. Emir worked with me and was able to get goodwill assistance that substantially reduced the cost of the repair. I genuinely appreciated his help, communication, and willingness to work with me on the situation. That said, I did have some concerns with the repair itself and the follow-up afterward. The EVAP pump was also serviced during that same initial visit. Shortly after getting the vehicle back, I had to return because an EVAP hose had been damaged during the work. Given that the EVAP system had just been worked on, this was frustrating. I later experienced an air leak and loss of power from the charge pipe. While investigating the problem myself, I removed the charge pipe and found its sealing O-ring resting on the undercarriage below the engine. Based on what I observed, I believe the O-ring may have been pinched or improperly seated during the previous work and then fallen out when I removed the pipe. After reinstalling the O-ring correctly, the air leak and loss of power were resolved. I brought the vehicle back again afterward because I wanted the dealership to inspect several additional concerns and make sure everything was safe. While that second return may not ultimately have been necessary, I was still disappointed to be told that the charge-pipe problem was caused by my own maintenance, considering that I had worked on that area specifically to diagnose and correct a problem that appeared after the dealership's repair. I also discovered that a screw was missing from the air filter housing after the service. When I brought this up, I was told that the hardware was not sold individually and that replacing it would require approximately $98 worth of hardware. I later spoke with Street Volkswagen's own parts department and learned that the screws were, in fact, available individually. That inconsistency was frustrating and made it harder to feel fully confident in the information I was being given. Overall, I appreciate the effort Street Volkswagen made to help with a costly repair, and Emir in particular made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. My concerns are with the overall service process and quality control rather than with Emir personally. The issues I experienced kept this from being a perfect experience, but the goodwill assistance and customer service did go a long way toward making things right. I hope Street Volkswagen continues to improve its post-repair quality checks and communication between the service and parts departments.

Everyone was friendly, and we were told the car needed a new battery. Although we paid dealership pricing, including roughly $300 for what was described as battery "programming," we were relieved to be back on the road. Two hours later, the car died again in the middle of the Texas Panhandle. After we made it home, our local repair shop found six indicators related to the EVAP system. More than a week and another $1,000 in repairs later, the car is running properly. Our local mechanic also told us that the battery Street Volkswagen sold us was not needed. The failed diagnosis was frustrating, but the reason for this review is how Street responded afterward. I called three times, sent a text, and tried the online chat to discuss what happened. I received no meaningful response. Street Volkswagen was friendly and attentive while taking our money. But the true measure of a business is how it responds when something goes wrong, and Street failed that test. I would caution Volkswagen owners in the Amarillo area to think twice before relying on Street for service. If it is your only dealership option, have another trusted mechanic in mind.

However, when I went to pick it up, we discovered a rattle, which they told me they would pay to repair and sent me to a Kwik-I-Car. I was there all of ten minutes before the mechanic told me they couldn't do anything about it. The rattle was still there when i took the car to the dealership to get the oil leak fixed, and they told me they would get that fixed as well, no charge. So I sat for three-four days without a car, but thought it was fine. Then a check engine light came on. Que about a week of no car as they fixed all these issues. Then I went to pick it up, and Wallace the sales rep tried to refill the windshield cleaning fluid, only to discover the reservoir was badly damaged. So I have to get that fixed. I thought that was the end of it until today, when i tried to get my car inspected, only to discover that the horn had no wires connecting it to the steering wheel. I literally have been driving a car that is legally unable to pass inspection. I don't know if these guys just don't use good mechanics or are intentionally ignoring things, but being told "it's not like we haven't put any money into it" when i spent 15,000 of my own money doesn't feel great.
