    Thanks for the great ride!

Best buying experience ever from the best salesperson I've ever dealt with, hands down. Jonathan Baker made the process smooth and as easy and fun as car buying can be! Got a good deal to boot :)

Worse Used car buying experience ever. Definitely buyer beware at this location. Purchased are used vehicle from this location two months ago. Within 24 hours vehicles check engine light brake control and cruise control malfunctions. I know that I purchased and as is. But after me and the family had purchased three new vehicles from this dealership with nothing but high praise for their integrity and business practices. Used on the other hand was a completely different situation. Bought a used vehicle from them for $13,000 maybe I paid a little bit too much for it but with their reputation of excellent integrity in customer service I thought it was worth it.And as I said within 24 hours figured out the car was definitely not worth it.. After two months of dealing with this substandard vehicle tried to let them make it right. Went to buy a different used vehicle from them with the substandard car for trade. And they offered me $2000 I for the vehicle. Reason being is because they picked up one at auction for that price. I'm assuming they picked up mine for that too and decided that 2000 to13,000 is a smaller profit dealer ship. As a teenager in my youth I've worked with buy here pay here dealerships that have more integrity and honesty then this dealership. Run don't walk don't do business with them. Their standard response from bad reviews is they're sorry they didn't meet the customers expectation. But they can save that for when they meet their maker. And tried to tell him that they are sorry they didn't meet his expectation of integrity and honesty.

Drove up into the service department drive though walked in told them what services I needed done. They took my information and told me it should be ready in a hour and thirty minutes. They are very friendly fast service the dealership is clean and nice. Was a very comfortable visit.

After getting her car towed to Amarillo and attempting to get it repaired on Sunday to no avail, I turned to Yelp for help. I found a shop with great reviews for helping stranded travelers, especially on weekends. I fired off a message and accidentally turned it into a project which added Bryan's Auto and Body to my message. And it's a good thing because Bryan was the only response I ever got. He said they could definitely get it looked at, but it would be Monday. It didn't take long to see this was as good as it was gonna get. But it got better when, not only were they able to get it looked at on Monday, but were able to get the alternator and flywheel replaced on Monday. Melissa and Bryan were tremendously helpful. I drove up to Amarillo to get my daughter back to Albuquerque and was working with them through Yelp messages, emails and phone calls. I have a great mechanic in DFW that took me years to luck into, but managed to find the same level of service through Yelp in a faraway city through apps and phone calls when I didn't have a clue where to go. Thanks Bryan! Thanks Melissa! Thanks to the whole team at Bryan's Auto and Body for coming through with minor miracles in the midst of our little crisis far from home. You are greatly appreciated!

The Price of doing business with Blaze's!…read more I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Blaze's Automotive, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with others. In February, I entrusted them with repairing a problem that had been caused by Take 5 oil change. Unfortunately, my interaction with Blaze's Automotive quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. Upon inspection of my truck, Blaze's Automotive informed me that additional repairs were needed, including the replacement of both valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, coil packs, and fixing a broken off dip stick. The estimated cost for these repairs amounted to a staggering $2,232.18, as indicated in the attached invoice. It's worth mentioning that Take 5 was also responsible for a portion of the repairs. However, my dissatisfaction truly escalated after I relocated to Colorado Springs, a mere 15 days later. Suddenly, my truck started leaking oil, causing significant concern and inconvenience. Naturally, I contacted Blaze's Automotive to address the issue, hoping for a resolution. I spoke with Caroline, a representative of the company, who instructed me to schedule an appointment and bring the truck back to their facility. However, I explained to Caroline that I had already moved and returning to Amarillo was not feasible for me. Despite my predicament, she callously dismissed my concerns, informing me that there was nothing they could do to assist me. Understandably, I requested to speak directly with Blaze, the owner, as I believed that he would take responsibility for the situation and provide a more satisfactory solution. To my astonishment, Caroline, rather than empathizing with my situation, stubbornly insisted that Blaze would only offer me the same unsatisfactory response. This response demonstrated a complete lack of concern for my predicament and a clear unwillingness to rectify the situation. I thought in the process of repairing the valve cover gasket, the mechanic twisted or somehow pinched the drivers side, this was the side with the leak. However, when a friend and myself pulled the cover off, I was horrified to learn that they had cracked the valve cover and made attempts to repair it unbeknownst to me. They never mentioned this mistake, only attempted to cover it up. The overall experience I had with Blaze's Automotive was highly disappointing and frustrating. Not only did they fail to fix the issue properly the first time, but their subsequent lack of accountability, poor customer service and lack of business ethics left me stranded with a leaking truck, unable to get this corrected until I was able to do it myself. If you're looking for a reputable mechanic shop, I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider entrusting their vehicles to Blaze's Automotive. Their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes and their dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make it clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.

Recently he worked on my 2012 Ford F150 Since I had an extended warranty; Marc Went to work and fixed what Street Volkswagen could not fix after 4 times in their shop. Mark worked hard to get the work done as quickly as possible he let me know what the warranty would not cover so I could make a plan to pay the rest. I also found out that previous work Supposedly done by the afore-mentioned dealership never happened. Like when I bout the vehicle the dealership supposedly replaced a water pump and replaced the spark plugs. The plugs were the original from when the truck was new as per the black dots on all Ford F150 original spark plugs. Needless to say, I will never take a vehicle back to Street Volkswagen for work. The Dealership also was supposed to fix an issue with the Flywheel and Starter which is now starting to act the same way before I took it to the dealership. So I would pretty certain it was not fixed properly the first time. What I am saying is Marc Bullard will fix you vehicle properly!!!!!

If I could give this place ONE MILLION stars, I would! The ABSOLUTE BEST Mechanic, hands down!…read more Picture this... my boyfriend and I are hauling 9 horses across country on a two day journey from WY to TX during early September (hot weather). The journey is going great until about 8 miles outside of Amarillo our older diesel truck starts making a LOUD sputtering noise and we smell distinct bad odor. I get on Yelp and start looking place up that do diesel repair. The first place, G Diesel, was very nice but only worked on BIG diesels like 18 wheelers. He gave me the phone number of Mark Bullard, owner of Bullard auto. I called Mark and he was very pleasant on the phone. I explained to him the problem with our truck, and the DIRE situation we were in to have a repair done ASAP If possible due to having 9 horses and being still 6 hours from home. Mark said they were extremelu busy, but to come over and he'd at least have a look and give us an idea of what the problem was and how long it would take to get parts. We showed up and the parking lot was FULL of cars being worked on. Mark moved the vehicle he was currently working on out from the bay and pulled our truck in and went to work right away. Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem... a fuel injector that was replaced earlier this summer at a Chevy dealership. The part was NOT installed properly and had backed out of the engine and come detached. (This is another LONG story... but NEVER go to Terrell Chevrolet in Cheyenne, WY). Mark was able to fix the issues and get us back on the road in less than 2 hours. This is amazingly fast. It took a FULL day at the Chevy dealership. Furthermore, the price was UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE. The total charge was less than $350. For comparison... this job cost $2500 at the above mentioned Chevy dealership. So... to say that I am pleased is an understatement. There isn't a word in the English language that summarizes exactly how I feel. Blessed, grateful, amazed, appreciative, and lucky. I feel like I won the lotto. GOD was truly looking out for us today... and Mark Bullard may *actually* be an angel. I only wish I lived closer to Amarillo, because I would use Mark Bullard for every vehicle I ever own from this day forward. He works on everything from Chevrolet to VW, gas to diesel. Don't let the simple humble appearance of this shop or the location deter you from coming here.... This place is ACTUAL GOLD. Mark is an ex-marine and a genuinely GOOD human. As my boyfriend was happily paying his bill, a woman walked in pushing a baby stroller with a wheel that had come loose wondering if Mark might be able to help. I'm sure by now you can guess what happened. Mark looked down, shook his head with a smile and said "c'mon on.... I'll take a look". You can't make this up people. I hope this review reaches the eyes of everyone in Amarillo so that y'all can know about this place.
