They couldn't even check it? They couldn't even respond that they'd follow up with the property management company? They simply said it wasn't their job. You'd think that they would at least have some protocol for such things (e.g., a list of phone numbers to call in this case)? No, "It's not our job," is their answer. Hmmmm.... Maybe I shouldn't say this, but he didn't charge me for an estimate and when I went to pickup the printer he told me that the entire machine "has issues" and not to invest any more money in it - that I could go buy a new one at Office Depot for less than $100. And I dropped off and picked up the printer in the same afternoon. It was a little difficult to find the location - it is off Western Plaza, but it is worth persevering. This place loves computer, not because they are money-makers, but because this guy is so old that he has been in the business from the start and loves working on them. Too bad he doesn't work on cars.
